One of the wellness areas was completely closed during our stay. It is a pity for the guests who are visiting for a wellness holiday. Our dog was charged 25€ per night and got a blanket in return...

kids couldn’t use infinity pool, even for certain times. missing tools (screwdriver) in ski room. could offer changing facilities for people checking out but needing to come back to collect bags etc. breakfast could be more reasonably priced especially for kids.

Beautiful apartment but badly managed

Beautiful apartment and nice wellness. Front-office friendly.

Back office and management very disappointing. Booked and paid for an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, but no possibility to cook a meal! There is a kitchen but no cooking hob, no pans nothing. Booked and paid for extra cleaning of the apartment and extra towels but not done/ received. Check the bills very well as lots of mistakes are made. Poorly managed.

The apartment's kitchen was lacking a hob and kitchen utensils. Luckily, we had seen other guests carrying a mobile hob and so after asking for one we got one, too.

An idyllic retreat in Westendorf

Beautiful but sadly, not worth the cost.

The Penthouse was beautiful and my family (3 small children) and friends were comfortable our whole time. The view and surrounding Westendorf was lovely. The kitchen had a stove top and convection oven/microwave combo along with the cooking tools needed. Coffee maker was regular Nespresso pods👌 We had no issues with heat and slept well.

One of my biggest disappointments was the expectation to have the kitchen cleaned before check out. This is not a cheap resort, having to have the dishwasher clear of clean dishes was a headache I hadn’t planned on having in this ‘luxury’ resort. Sauna was a big reason we picked this resort, it is small and does not have a lot of room to walk around comfortably textile free. Speaking of textile free, this is not enforced and thus was very awkward. The roof top pool was very chilly, we were disappointed. Downstairs pool was comfortable with our children however very small.

NO SKI BUS

NO SKI BUS!!! Prior booking I asked hotel if there will be a ski bus to pick me up and they confirmed on the email that there will be one right in front of the hotel. But it wasn't true, ski bus starts the season only on 25th Dec. I was very upset because I didn't have a car and the choice of hotel was based on bus availability. I had to spend extra 10 euro every time I needed to go to the slopes, come back and go to the city for dinner etc. At the end it added a lot of extra cost to my trip that i didnt plan to spend. I am very upset about this!!

the location, decoration, pool and wellness, golf club, beautiful apartment with gorgeous view. great for both active and relaxing holiday.

Hotel and room are too hot so I didn’t sleep well. They need to turn down the thermostat! Pillows not great either and no pillow options. Restaurant was not good and lots of squabbling among the staff which we as customers picked up on.

Superb

The Service: Friendly and helpfull recepsionist and staff, they are nice and very well trained by the hotel/resort management. The View: Awesome view from the resort with beautiful mountain and golf course, very relax and refresh when you look it up. The Facilities: Very good and full facilities..there is sauna, spa, massage, pool, etc..especially the invinity pool facilities (it was amazing) and my family really enjoyed..👍👍

There is “No air conditioning”, so that was very hot temperature in summer season during we stay at the accomadation, it was uncomfortable..☹️ But I think it will be good for the winter season.
