Convenient accommodation for ski holiday. Outside of the city center. Poor staff.

Comfy beds, nice floor plan of the apartment. Lots of saunas, we didn’t experience that it gets crowdy. (Ski) Bus station is in front of the hotel, but note that hotel doesn’t have its own shuttle.

Staff is under the average level. A lot of them don’t speak english (some of them don’t speak german neither). A lady at the reception was not helpful at all, she was grumpy and just wanted to finish the conversation without giving us all the info. Note that you will not have the regular daily cleaning maintenance (sheets, towels, bathroom …) if you book the apartment. They charge it €15 per person.

Top notch gourmet food and incredible breakfast as part of half-board. Try the egg in a cup with sundried tomatos - best ever for breakfast. You need to order it by the table. The fine dine restaurant at Michelin star level. Fantastic service too. Relaxing SPA room. Small hotel, not too big.

The shared area was not inviting as it was open space with hotel entrance door.

Service level isn’t in line with the star rating. It was our second time and this time around we had a baby. The hotel didn’t provide a bottle steriliser (which is a pretty standard 50 eur machine that all other hotels we have been to have) forcing us to come down to the kitchen several times a day to sterilise baby bottles in the microwave. In addition, we had to wait over 30min for our courses due to understaffing at dinner time. This happened every time for 3 nights in a row. Took us on average 1h45 for each meal. It was disappointing given the price point and the fact we returned having had a great impression first time around.

Piękne wnętrza, ale sprzątanie we własnym zakresie (7 nocy)

Apartamenty są ładne, stylowe, czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone — znajdują się w nich wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Części wspólne również prezentują się bardzo dobrze: wszystko jest nowoczesne, nowe, zadbane i czyste.

Hotel nie oferuje codziennego sprzątania. Do dyspozycji gości jest odkurzacz oraz podstawowe środki czystości. Śmieci należy wyrzucać we własnym zakresie, z obowiązkową pełną segregacją zgodnie z lokalnymi przepisami. Jedno sprzątanie pośrednie wraz z wymianą pościeli przysługuje dopiero przy pobycie na 8 lub więcej nocy. Dodatkowe sprzątanie jest płatne — 15 € za osobę. Wymiana ręczników odbywa się wyłącznie po zawieszeniu odpowiedniej karty na drzwiach. W niedzielę ręczniki z jakiegoś powodu nie zostały wymienione. Wszystkie te informacje są zawarte na stronie internetowej hotelu oraz przekazywane gościom przy zameldowaniu, jednak nie każdy dokładnie zapoznaje się ze szczegółowym opisem pokoju przed rezerwacją. Warto mieć to na uwadze przed wyborem tego obiektu.

Komfortabel-luxoriöses Spa Hotel für den Winterurlaub

Top Ausstattung. Alles neu und gepflegt. Appartement mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Top Wellness Area - Sauna, Pool, Ruhebereich. Großzügiger und beheizter Ski "Keller". Ausreichend Parkplätze. Beim Frühstück war eigentlich alles vorhanden.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, wodurch man aufs Auto oder den Bus angewiesen ist, wenn man rausgeht. Kann man aber natürlich auch als Vorteil sehen, da weniger Trubel.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit freundlichen Service.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Von dort waren die Skigebiete gut zu erreichen. Zimmer sind modern und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Das Schwimmbecken hat eine ausreichende Größe zum Schwimmen. Hausschuhe kosten 5 Euro. Eher lustig bei dem Preis. Aber ich hatte Adiletten dabei.😊 Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem modernen Hotel, das natürlich in den Weihnachtsferien seinen Preis hat. Wer etwas kleines gemütliches individuelles sucht, ist es nicht das Richtige. Für uns hat es gepasst.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja i piękne widoki z okna. Blisko wyciągu, dzięki czemu mogliśmy zobaczyć więcej pięknych, górskich krajobrazów oraz przespacerować się do lokali gastronomicznych lub przejść po okolicy. Dostaliśmy duże ładne studio z balkonem. Pod hotelem były bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe, co było bardzo pomocne. Dostępny jest też parking podziemny.

Śniadanie było dosyć drogie, ale jest to bufet, więc to zrozumiałe, w dodatku jest opcjonalne i o cenach każdy jest informowany z góry.

Schönes Appartement, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Schöne moderne Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück - Parken in der Tiefgarage - sehr gute Lösung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bis auf die heissen und schlaflosen Nächte haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Frühstück war gut, etwas lieblos angerichtet (z.B. Wurst und Käse auf dem Stapel anstatt schön auf Platten) Zimmer hat alle Wünsche erfüllt (im Bad viel Platz für Ablage, grosser Kleiderschrank mit vielen Bügeln und Fächern, Kosmetikspiegel! ...)

Klimaanlage wäre noch zu wünschen (wir hatten mehrere schlaflose Nächte bei 28° im Zimmer)

Tolles modernes Apartment

Unser Apartment war sehr geräumig und modern. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und es war mehr als genug Geschirr vorhanden. Der Pool war eine schöne Abkühlung.

Etwas harte Betten. Wenn viele Leute den Balkon nutzen kann es recht laut werden.

Es hat gut gepasst und ich würde wohl wiederkommen

Schönes Appartement mit ausreichend Platz und vollständiger Ausstattung. Lage im 3. Stock, Ausrichtung von der Straße abgewandt und Blick auf die Berge.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider schon ein Problem. Klimaanlage wäre fein, für das Schlafen bei offener Balkontüre im Sommer ist doch mitunter von den umliegenden Zimmern aufgrund der innenhofartigen Gebäudeanordnung recht viel Lärm (wofür nicht das Hotel sondern nur die Gäste bzw. die Passanten verantwortlich sind). Walk-In-Dusche mit nur 1m Duschwand und Regendusche führt zwangsläufig zu Wasserlachen vor der Duschtasse. Das vom Esstisch und der Küche einsehbare Bad ohne Türe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Parkplatz gut Aber dennoch viel zu laufen bis zum Aufzug!

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer zu ca 80 Euro, was zu 100 in der Regel angeboten wird! Wenn man schon solch eine "Rumpelkammer" anbietet, muss alles stimmen!! Das Zimmer ist viel zu hellhörig und laut, da es im Treppengang liegt. Ich habe extra ein leises bestellt, das neben mir war noch frei, das habe ich nicht bekommen. Ich hatte keine Zeit und Lust zu reklamieren. Der letzte Tag war allerdings sehr nervig. Aufgrund vom Wetter war ich um 17 Uhr schon im Zimmer und bis 22 Uhr Gepolter von Koffern und Gesprächen im ganzen Haus!! Die Handtücher werden nass zusammengelegt und nicht ausgetauscht!!! Auch zu knapp, geizig damit. Kein Wasserkocher. Speck beim Frühstück nur jeden zweiten Tag, - an diesem war die Tomatensoße kalt..Diese ist auch viel zu intensiv! Es wurde zweimal per Mail abgestritten, dass bezahlt wurde. Musste mehrmals anrufen, um es richtig zu stellen. Beim Frühstück ist es viel zu laut durch Kleinkinder! Babys!! Man sollte 2 Räume machen. Zudem ist es zu warm und es gibt nur kleine Kaffeetassen aus dem Automaten. Sägemesser stumpf, Brötchen zu weich und glatt: habe mich geschnitten!!! Das Bad ist katastrophal eng !! Die Tür muss weggemacht werden, man kann nur wenn sie zu ist auf WC!!!! Max 50 Euro wert!
