Great hotel in great price

Nice and cozy hotel, located just 10 min by car from Kitzbühel. Room is spacious, bed comfortable and rooms have a big balcony overlooking the mountains. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A little thing which did bother me was the quality of breakfast, especially bread felt old and dry, also the coffee was unfortunately not tasty at all, plus some more variety would definitely make the experience better like yoghurts, porridge etc, not just eggs and bread.

Comfort above and beyond with the best host ever!

Breakfast was amaaazing, a buffet with everything you want. Also very healthy with lots of fruit options, muesli, yoghurt etc and fresh goodies like fresh breads, cakes, cheeses etc And delicious coffee. Ilona herself welcomes you every morning there with a beautiful smile and makes sure you have everything you want. She is the best! And the place is so cutely decorated, even candles are lit. Every little detail is taken care of with lots of love. And the room and the bathroom are very spacious and super clean. Nice balcony and super comfy bed. Lots of space for clothes, little sitting area and a desk. Please note, it is recommended to reserve restaurants ahead of time. We were there the first week of January and realised the best restaurants like Kupferstubern (our favorite!) and Asados steakhouse, are fully booked sometimes a week ahead. But we were lucky they had a cancellation.

Nothing. Only if you would need the wifi for work or so (which we didn't) but sometimes the signal goes in and out in the room. So not the best reception there. But once you have it , it works well.

Had a great time, really nice holiday. Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was great, with a nice variety of foods. The hostess was always smiling and we really felt welcome. There was a cozy self-serve bar area where we hung out with new friends. Our suite was lovely and they kindly supplied a kettle upon request. We also used the sauna, which was very clean and spacious.

It would be nice to have an option to watch Netflix or at least be able to connect our laptop to the TV to do so. The TV was a little too small for the room. Too bad the bus that picks up for the lifts (not far from the hotel) doesn't drop off in the same place in the afternoons but down in the centre of town. Not a pleasant walk up the hill in ski boots. We rented equipment just near the centre bus stop and found out they also rented lockers so from day 2, we left our stuff down there & walked down in regular boots.

Ontbijt was prima, fijn zwembad en heerlijke sauna.

Kaartsleutel werkte niet op kamer, daar kregen we een sleutel voor, maar bij de sauna had je de kaart nodig om binnen te komen, dus dat was een beetje gedoe. Er waren veel gasten, waardoor de handdoeken steeds op waren bij de sauna, dit werd niet in de gaten gehouden, dus dan moest ik steeds gaan vragen bij de receptie.

Für die Bahnreisenden!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nicht weit vom Badesee. Die Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, ca 13 Minuten. Gästekarte ( war sehr wichtig für uns) steht zur Verfügung, muss man aber gleich an der Rezeption ansprechen. Wir wurden leider nicht rechtzeitig wegen der Gästekarte infomiert, es wäre schön wenn wir diese schöne Service gleich am ersten Tag nutzen können. Fragt unbedingt nach, es ist super bequem mit der Gästekarte die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man hat sich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt! Vielen Dank Jungs! Ausflüge. Vom Bahnhof Kirchberg mit der Bahn sind schöne Orte direkt zu erreichen wie Oberndorf, Schwarzsee. Da waren wir am zweiten Tag, für den See plant man ein bisschen mehr Zeit als zwei Stunden!

Uns hat alles gut gefallen, außer das Wetter. Leider war meistens grau und wolkig, aber so war es fast überall in diesem Sommer.

Gepflegte, saubere Anlage sowie das Zimmer. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, mir fehlte die Bepflanzung an den Balkonen (Gartenseite), sieht einfach viel schöner und wohnlicher aus. Beim Frühstück wurde nicht zeitnah aufgefüllt z.B Brötchen und Brot. Ansonsten gab es alles am Buffet was das Herz begehrt.
