Breakfast was absolutely amazing!

Very clean with spacious common areas, good for long or short stays. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Wonderful staff, family run! Quick access to Kitzbuhl ski lifts, 12 minute drive or shuttle comes right to parking lot. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is great for both downhill and cross country skiing. Breakfast is outstanding and the spa area is really enjoying. The staff is really friendly and helpful

Beautiful place in a very nice surrounding!

Beautiful setting with nice views of the Alps. Great location to explore the region. We stayed for three nights with our two year old daughter, and there were so many fun things to do both in the close surroundings (Ellmi’s world was our favourite) and at the hotel (great play room, outdoor play area and pool). We also enjoyed the very nice spa area, and the wonderful breakfast. And staff was very nice and helpful!

Could have been nice with AC in the room, but it worked very well just opening the window for fresh air (although neighbours were smoking quite a lot…).

Quiet location on the edge of the forest, with amazing views over the valley, the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbuheler Horn.

A very good experience

In the room I liked the closed balcony. The view from it is incredible. I enjoyed the warmth of the comforter. But what was the best is how friendly and helpful is the staff.

I would recommend coffee machines in the rooms.

A beautiful hotel under the forest run by a friendly family. Great room with balcony and view of mountains and valley. Excellent breakfasts and warm welcome to guests. Beautiful surroundings, large pool with warm water, parking and various opportunities for tourists. All close to Kutzbuhel well-known ski resort! Staff smiling and helpful, speaking good English. Great place and we would love to return here !!!

My family of 5 people had this big cottage log house with plenty of space for us. Great heated pool with cover sometimes austria weather can change rapidly 🥳 During late hours we used the pool table and played some table tennis. They had this trusted self service koncept - here you just took from the bar what you like amd then put it on a note for the reception to bill it later on. Never seen it before but we liked it 👍 Fantastic hospitality the staff was was very service minded and Anna was a star - if you have just any small issue the she could solve it right away she is a star Our best recommendation goes out to this place

Very satisfied!

This is a great hotel! It is owned by a family for several generations, and they meet you and care about you. My wife and I went for a long weekend, and this was perfect (even though the weather was not ideal, but still beautiful). On one of the evenings, the owner gave us a fantastic suggestion for dinner in one of the very authentic places. So nice! We will try to return someday to this hotel. The description reflects reality.

What touched us the most during our stay was the super friendliness of the staff - they really go above and beyond to cater to all their customers' needs which makes you feel right at home :) No problems whatsoever communicating in English and one staff member even spoke Dutch! The hotel itself is super clean and very nicely organized - it has everything a skier might need after a long day on the slopes - from a nice ski room, through wonderful sauna and spa facilities to a comfortable lobby area with an "honesty bar" to unwind in the evening. We loved our stay there and already booked our skiing holidays there for next year! :)

Our group included two ladies sharing one room - what they did not like was the fact that the bathroom had almost transparent doors - not something you appreciate when you're not a couple ;) Perhaps that's something the hotel could consider changing. Otherwise, our stay at the Rosenhof was perfect! :)
