Spacious Apartment with super friendly staff but room for improvement

-Check out time at 9 am is really early and a stressful way to end your vacation -Pool opening hours are a little short -Sauna is only open from 6pm-9pm and not really hot. I once went at 6:30pm and it had 60degrees. - The provided baby bed had a super thin matress (~2cm)

Location is great. Outdoor heated pool is fantastic after a day of of skiing, lovely having a soak while watching the sunset over the mountains.

There is no oven and no freezer in the kitchen. The washing machine is communal and costs 3euros per wash and 3euros to dry. A bit annoying as I had thought the washing machine would be in the apartment.

calm ski hotel, very clean and great service

Great staff and service, very kind and helpful. The hotel is calm and everything very clean and well organized. So nice they could arrange the ski passes and locker, all went very smooth. It's a bit further from the village (we knew before), so you need to use buss or car. The pool was very nice to relax in the afternoon. We also think this hotel could be a great location for summer vacation!

The lobby/ bar/ restaurant is a bit empty, not so cosy to have a drink or snack. We were disappointed there was no breakfast buffet yet (after covid restrictions), anyway we enjoyed the breakfast and ordering service to our room.

We already plan to come in winter...

Super place. Very nice hosts, great rooms, perfect pool and garden, washing machine and all facilities available. Great living room to have a coffee. Our daughter celebrates birthday and she got present from hotel staff, very kind!

Only one small thing - our kids love pancakes, a pan to make pancakes was missing in the appartment. Otherwise all great!

Perfect stay in Ellmau

Great place in a beautiful area. The ski lift is walking distance (incl free ski depot) and busses stop regularly in front of the door. The heated outside pool is super! Our dogs also came with us on this holiday and they even had their own playground outside! We loved the place and super friendly owners. It is a perfect spot for a family holiday.

Pool opening hours are between 16:00 and 19:00 during winter. 1 of the matrasses was ready for replacement.

Top verblijf gehad in dit charmante hotel/appartement!

Prachtig gebouw, mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen. Mooi en lekker warm zwembad. Skibus om het half uur speciaal voor deze accommodatie. Maar 2 minuutjes met auto of skipiste van de grote lift.

Riktigt bra läge med suverän tillgänglighet med skidbussen.3 min i tom buss på båda hållen. Ligger fint , bra service och fräscha rum.

Ik zou hier zo weer heen gaan!

Schoon, warm, netjes, goed verzorgd met bijvoorbeeld voldoende handdoeken, super aardige mensen. De wellness is top! De skilift op 500 mtr rijden. Perfect skihok, grote parkeerplaats en alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs afwasmiddel, theedoeken, peper en zout en toiletpapier voor de eerste dagen. Prima bedden.

Wandelen in Ellmau met het gezin

Een prima verblijf voor ons als gezin van 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen van 6. Aardig en hulpvaardig personeel en in het hotel waren alle faciliteiten aanwezig die je nodig hebt. Parkeren is ook geen enkel probleem. De kamers waren ruim van opzet en schoon, de keuken heeft datgene om normaal te kunnen koken. Het zwembad en de speeltuin zien er verzorgd en nieuw uit, hartstikke leuk. Verder als uitvalsbasis naar de bergen toe prima, wij verwachten hier nog wel een keer te komen wanneer we richting Ellmau gaan.

Geen bijzonderheden te melden wat ons tegenviel.

Obiekt kameralny, bardzo wygodny , przy samym przystanku skibusa . Świetna strefa spa z sauna sucha i parową oraz basenem z gorącą wodą idealny relaks po nartach. Śniadania na zamówienie ( dzień wcześniej w obiekcie) niwelują brak kuchni. Wszystko świeże , regionalne i pyszne. Dojazd do głównej stacji wyciągu bezproblemowy. Przystanek skibus przy pensjonacie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Fijn verblijf en vriendelijk personeel

Kamer was groot en schoon. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Geen probleem dat het alleen open was tussen 16:00 en 19:00. Daarvoor ben je toch aan het skiën. Het hotel heeft lockers te huur bij de lift. Dat is echt een aanrader.
