Comfy room, would stay again but there’s no restaurant

This property is a bit off the beaten path, but a very comfortable room and the wine/fruit welcome basket is a nice touch.

When I booked, the website listed a restaurant on the property and by the time we came for our stay the restaurant was closed. The closest option was a 25 minute walk away, food was good but after hiking all day a restaurant on the property as expected would have been nice.

Saubere Unterkunft mit schöner Lage, aber enttäuschender Service, fehlende Freundlichkeit und ein deutlich überhöhtes Pr

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren nett eingerichtet im traditionellen Bauernhofstil. Die Lage ist ruhig und landschaftlich schön aber weit abgeschlagen von allem.

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (360 € für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück). Unpersönlicher Online-Check-in mit unübersichtlicher Kommunikation und spät möglichem Check-In um 15 Uhr. Sehr unfreundlicher Umgang beim Check-out – wir wurden um Punkt 10 Uhr aus dem Zimmer gedrängt, obwohl wir erst um 5 Uhr morgens zurückkamen. Keine Kulanz trotz hoher Kosten. Zudem unangenehme Situation mit frei herumlaufenden Pferden am Hof.

Fantastisch

Het appartement was ruim en schoon. Er was een tuin bij met tuinstoelen waar je lekker kunt zitten en een trampoline en een schommel voor de kinderen. Ons kind vond het verder heel leuk dat er paarden waren. Elke maandag organiseert de host een bijeenkomst voor de gasten, waarbij de kinderen ook een rondje op een van de paarden mogen rijden. Er lopen ook een kat en een hond rond en er is een vijvertje met goudvissen. Houd je van dieren, dan is dit dus een heel leuke plek. Met de auto ben je ook zo in Ellmau, de levendigste plaats in het dal.

Bij het boeken heb ik het lastig gevonden te zien wat de ligging van ons appartement nou was. Voorzijde of achterzijde, begane grond of verdieping, een plattegrond zou hebben geholpen. Pas bij aankomst begrijp je het. Je zit halverwege een berg, dus de 'begane grond' ligt aan de ene kant van het huis een stuk lager dan aan de andere kant. Ik had ook niet helemaal door hoe ver je nog omhoog moet rijden over een slingerweggetje vanuit het dal. Uiteindelijk vonden wij dat prima, want je zit lekker rustig en het uitzicht is mooi. Maar als je zonder eigen auto komt en/of je wilt veel gebruik maken van de gratis bussen in het gebied, dan kun je beter een appartement in het dal nemen.

Enttäuschend- Grubhof nie wieder.

Angebot für ein Frühstücksbuffet nur bei größerer Nachfrage. Kein Pauschalsatz für Frühstückspakete, es muss alles im Detail bestellt und separat bezahlt werden. ... und das bei einem extrem hohen Unterkunftspreis. Dieser erklärt sich uns nicht, Berge allein rechtfertigen das nicht. Kaffeepulvertabs als Willkommensgruß auf einem Teller mit dem Hinweis, dass es kostenlos ist, ist unpersönlich und lächerlich! Aufpreis pro Hund und Tag € 35,-, Leistung dafür nicht ersichtlich, trotz 2 Hunde keine Zwischenreinigung erforderlich. Zur Verabschiedung erhält man ein Schreiben mit der Restzahlung. Diese ist mit dem Schlüssel in ein Postkasterl zu werfen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Abschluss. ... Urlaub am Bauernhof einmal anders ... und so nie wieder!

Aanradertje

Het is een fijne tuin en grote schone kamers. Eigenaresse is aardig en behulpzaam. Je moet met de auto naar boven , "even de deur uit lopen" gaat niet maar je krijgt er een mooie omgeving voor terug.. we waren er blij mee!

In deze regio zit geen summerkart gratis bij je hotel. In andere regio's zoals serfaus, ehrwald of schladming krijg je deze gratis bij je booking en kun je dan gratis met de gondels maar hier kun je voor het gezin nog een gondelkaart kopen en dat is niet goedkoop. Dan is het een duur appartement geweest maar ik had er zelf beter op moeten letten ten slotte.

Apartament był przepiękny, wszystko było w zasięgu, kuchnia wyposażona na wysokim poziomie, na przywitanie zastaliśmy nawet butelkę wina w prezencie:) przepiękny widok na góry, wspaniała Pani właścicielka, uśmiechnięta i życzliwa, jeśli przyjedziecie z dziećmi, na pewno nie będziecie się nudzić, są piłki, różne zabawki, trampolina a zaraz obok stajnia i konie. Polecam serdecznie😁

Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser, den Hartkaiser und Brandstadl. Ausstattung des Apartments liebevoll und durchdacht. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr sauber.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub mit viel Entspannung bei bestem Wetter

Es war eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit Balkon (Dachgaube), einem traumhaften Ausblick und ausreichend Platz für uns wir waren zu dritt). Morgens hingen (nach vorheriger Absprache) frische Brötchen an der Türe und abends war die Sauna für uns vorgeheizt. Das hat alles sehr zuverlässig und super geklappt. Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes in der (abgeschlossenen) Tiefgarage abstellen und aufladen! Der Zutritt war für uns jederzeit mit einer Zutrittsberechtigung möglich. Ganz nebenbei: Mit dem Fahrrad ist man vom Grubhof aus schnell in Ellmau, Söll, Going oder Scheffau. Unsere Bike-Touren waren ein Traum! Es war ein extrem entspannter Urlaub mit einem großen Erholungsfaktor bei super Wetter. Vielen Dank an das Grubhof Team

Schöne Unterkunft zum abschalten.

Der Grubhof ist ein schöner uriger Bauernhof und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und Sauber! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Bis auf den Punkt, dass ein kleiner Hund pro Nacht 35€ kostet, obwohl man das Hundpaket nicht benötigt, war es schönes Wochenende. Da wir allerdings in anderen Unterkünften in der Regel höchstens 15€ pro Nacht/Hund zahlen, würden wir uns künftig eher für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

Es waren sehr schöne Wanderung. Und abends saß man draußen und konnte sehr schön auf den Berg schauen.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön.Jeden Morgen frische warme Brötchen an der Tür. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir konnten von unserem Zimmer direkt auf den Berg schauen. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Wahnsinns großes Bett gab es und es war sehr bequem.

Es war alles sehr geräumig, man hat alles direkt vorgefunden. Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Top Lage mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Ganz herzliche Mitarbeiter, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen.
