A cabin hut with facility and luxury of a 5 star hotel.

We stayed one night at Jagerwirt pension and it was an unforgettable experience. Everything there is tuned to perfection. You could really tell when the staff love what they are doing and it definitely shows there. The rooms, the beds, the dining room and above all - the food. They excel and keep trying to improve and reach higher. Martin is one of the most hospices guys I’ve ever met and the place deserves their high rating.

Exceptional stay with an outstanding host

We stayed for one night and the experience was beyond expectations. The place is very tidy, with new and spotless rooms and an excellent breakfast. Martin, the host, was extremely patient and helpful with every question and request. On our last day, when he noticed we were in a hurry to catch the bus, he kindly drove us to the city center. It really made our day! We were very satisfied and highly recommend staying here!

Ein toller Aufenthalt in allerbester Lage. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar genau wie das liebenswerte Personal und die unglaubliche Küche. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch. Schlaraffenland und so lecker. Vielen Dank nochmals an das tolle Team vom Jägerhof.

Das einzige was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat war die Schiebetür zum Bad in unserem Zimmer. Aber das ist sicherlich jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wenn man zu zweit reist und einer nachts öfter zur Toilette muss kann das schon ein Thema sein. Wir sind letztendlich damit klargekommen.

Sehr schöne Lage - lecker Essen

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick, tolles Frühstück, lecker Essen, tolle Weine, tolle Gastgeber, Nachts (gegen später) wunderbar ruhig, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Balkon, sehr liebevoll dekoriert überall, sehr angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre. Ein traumhaft schöner Ort zum Sein. Danke für eure super Gastfreundschaft und das kulinarische Verwöhnprogramm.

Die Lage und Größe des Zimmers: Zimmer sehr klein, Sonnenseite (mit tollem Ausblick!!) aber ohne Klimaanlage ist im August sehr unangenehm/heiß/stickig, sehr kleines Badezimmer, Terrassenbetrieb Restaurant bis nach Mitternacht direkt unterhalb des Zimmers - es war doch so laut durch vereinzelte Gäste, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Darüber hinaus hat es uns aber wirklich gut gefallen!

Herrlicher Bergblick und perfektes Frühstück.

Die Lage der Pension ist wunderschön und ruhig mit Blick auf die Berge und vielen Wandermöglichkeiten, welche direkt dort losgehen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon, auf dem man abends schön sitzen und die Berge begutachten kann. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück, welches direkt am Tisch serviert wird und viele regionale Köstlichkeiten und kleine Überraschungen bietet. Es wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Wir können die Pension nur weiterempfehlen :)

An amazing experience, highly recommend.

Martin was so helpful prior to arrival, helping me with questions about where to park the car whilst we were on a multi day hike and arranging late check in. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was AMAZING! Catered to our dietary requirements over and above what we would expect. Highly recommend a stay here.

Traumhaft schön. Wir wurden nur verwöhnt.

Frühstück - der Hammer!!! Echt klasse, ein Lob an Martin und die Küche. So verwöhnt wurden wie noch nie. Alles wurde an den Tisch gebracht. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Alles mit Liebe zubereitet und auch serviert. Wir hatten das Zimmer Weitblick. Traumhaft. Das Bad war echt Klasse. Das Zimmer war mit Doppelbett und Sofa ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon hatte man einen super Ausblick bis weit in die Berge. Alles ist sehr persönlich, man wird immer mit Vornamen angesprochen. Wir hätten gerne noch eine Woche Urlaub ran gehangen. Bergdoktor-Fans kommen in dieser Gegend richtig auf ihre Kosten. Durch den Wanderbus kann man ohne langer Wartezeit von Ort zu Ort fahren.

Wir waren das zweite Mal da. Wie beim ersten Mal 5 Sterne plus👍👍😊 Das komplette Team am Jägerwirt ist total nett und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück ist allerliebst und viel zu schade und schön, um es zu verzerren… 👍😊 Die Zimmer, der Gastraum, der komplette Außenbereich rund um das Hotel herum, einschliesslich die Sonnen -Terrasse sind sehr sehr schön! 👍 Dazu kommt der tolle Ausblick von den Balkons dazu… bleibt so und macht weiter so euer Dietrich und Elli P.S. Vi havde nogle dejlige dage på hotellet.

Gode parkeringsforhold. Smuk udsigt. Dejlig morgenmad; delikat og hjemmelavet. Fantastisk vært (Martin), som er ekstremt venlig, og som forkæler sine gæster maksimalt med personlige velkomsthilsener, små gaver og overraskelser.

På værelset var badeværelse og soveværelse i samme rum. Toilettet var heldigvis i et separat rum (hvor der ikke var andet). Håndvask og spejl var ved siden af sengen og bruseren gemt bag en væg. Der manglede absolut ingenting på værelset, og jeg kunne fint bo der igen. men hvis jeg skal være lidt kritisk, virkede det lidt interimistisk og rustikt.

unser Aufenthalt im Jägerwirt war einfach super, Alle sehr nett und freundlich, für jede Frage gab es eine Antwort!.das Frühstück war jeden Tag lecker und es gab dazu noch jeweils Früh eine extra Überraschung aus der Küche. die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, um die Ausflüge jeden Tag zu starten. It was an absolute pleasure to stay, the hospitality is some of the best I have seen worldwide.

The breakfast is the greatest I have had in 15 years of extensive travel, It is truly phenomenal with it being a reason to return on its own. The restaurant is also amazing. To top those extras off, the rooms are comfortable quiet and private while also feeling like anything you ever need can be accommodated easily. A truly 5 star service, restaurant, staff and experience.

The location does require you to have use of a car or use taxi services as it is atop a steep countryside road about 1.5km uphill from the village itself. This was known before my trip and was not a major issue but is worth noting for anyone not driving to the location.
