Erg fijn hotel!

Het hotel is groot en mooi ingericht. Kamers waren goed, bedden erg comfortabel en bij aankomst met onze hond lag er een grote mand en water bak klaar (love the details!). We hebben een drankje en spelletje gedaan in de lounge en dit was erg gezellig en knus.

Skanūs pusryčiai, nors nesupykčiau, jei būtų daugiau šviežių daržovių :) Geras wifi ryšys. Patogi vieta šalia keltuvo. Erdvus garažas automobiliui. Puiki sauna ir lauko baseinas.

Viešbutis šalia keltuvo, todėl didelė parkavimo aikštelė ir tik atvažiavus (ypatingai, kai nesupranti kas parašyta vokiškai) sunku suprasti, kur pagrindinis įvažiavimas ir kur yra registracija. Nes viešbutis išsidėstęs keliuose kompleksuose. Pirmame aukšte matosi tik įvažiavimai/išvažiavimai į garažus, kitoje pusėje kiti pastatai... Tai manau būtų puiku, jei padarytumėt iškabą, kur matytųsi, į kurią pusę reikia eiti užsiregistruoti. Šiaip žiniai, chalatai skirti eiti į SPA ir baseiną yra, bet šlepečių nėra. Jas geriau atsivežti savo arba yra galimybė įsigyti registratūroje už papildomą mokestį.

Lage, Atmosphäre, Personal und die Möglichkeit drei verschiedenen Frühstückvarianten auszuwerten.

Kleine organisatorische Probleme. Reinigungspersonal hat den Eindruck gemacht ab und zu nur gerne eine Handtuch auszutauschen als das Zimmer zu reinigen.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit top gepflegter und gelebter Atmosphäre, traumhafte Aussicht

Ein sehr toller und angenehmer Besuch für unseren Kurzurlaub. Freundliche und romantische Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Räumlichkeiten super angelegt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, immer ein Lachen was uns begegnete. Jede Fragen konnte beantwortet werden, auch in einer Ruhe und Freundlichkeit, das der hektische Alltag vergessen wird. Auch die angebotenen Speisen, sowie das Zimmer und der Badbereich war sehr sauber und einladend. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Our favorite spot ! Perfect hotel next to the lift with outdoor swimming pool and great lobby- restaurant. We love the area and people working here.

Baby cot which are charged 15€ per day should be equipped with better quality mattress. Not the paper one.

Schönes Hotel in Ellmau - wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Tirol Lodge und es hat uns erneut sehr gut gefallen. Dank des tollen Sommerwetters konnten wir diesmal auch den Pool nutzen, der allerdings eher klein ist, wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig dort sind. Das à-la-carte-Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Parken in der Tiefgarage war kostenlos und die Lage direkt an der Gondel ist sehr praktisch

Die Lage direkt an der Gondel ist praktisch, kann aber auch als Nachteil gesehen werden, da es dadurch vor dem Hotel nicht besonders schön ist. Das angrenzende Restaurant hat uns außen optisch nicht gefallen, es passt unserer Meinung nach nicht so richtig zu einer österreichischen Lodge

Die Zimmer sind ok aber nicht komfortabel ein mini Badebereich mitten im Zimmer , kein Platz für Kulturbeutel etc. wir bekamen ein Upgrade von Doppelzimmer auf Juniorsuit was nicht einmal einen Balkon hat und ein Schlauch war .

Det var ikke fitness område som det ellers var beskrevet på booking.Com Køleskabet på værelset duede ikke. Værelset var ok størrelse, men der kunne ikke skærmes mellem de to soveområder. Toiletdøren lukkede ikke tæt, så man kunne høre hvad der foregik derinde… Det virkede til at vores værelse var det eneste uden balkon :-( Og det var høj musik til kl 22 fra baren, så vi måtte sove med lukkede vinduer, hvilket var varmt.

Ontspannend en goed gelegen verblijf in Ellmau.

Schone kamer en fijne ligging! Wij zijn hier enkel een kort weekend geweest vanwege een bruiloft dus geen gebruik kunnen maken van de sauna en het zwembad, maar het hotel zag er super uit.

Ontbijt was bij de naastgelegen bar en was vrij prijzig (20 euro per persoon).

Der Service abends an der Bar ist katastrophal. 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf das Getränk und das an allen Tischen. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool nicht ausreichend. Pool trotz Heizung viel zu kalt. Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nicht

Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Durch die verschiedenen Blocks wirkte es als selbstständige Gebäude. Die Rezeption und der Aufenthaltsraum sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Das Frühstück hätte ich lieber im Haupttrakt eingenommen und nicht in der Tirol & Grill- Bar.

Wunderbare Unterkunft für einen kurzen Urlaub

Die Lage der Tirol Lodge direkt am Berglift hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von hier aus gehen direkt Wander und Fahrradwege los.

Es gibt nichts schlechtes zu sagen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir dann doch lieber eine Ferienwohnung genommen, da der Platz halt sehr begrenzt ist durch ein kleines Zimmer. Aber das ist ja nicht schuld des Hotels.

Top Lage am Hartkaiser. Swimingpool bietet zu allen Jahreszeiten eine schöne Erholung. Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Qualität und kompakt. Gute Ausstattung. Einfach eine enspannte Atmosphäre. Preise für Verpflegung sind angemessen. wir kommen wieder.

Die Kopfkissen sind echt nicht gut. Zu klein und nicht bequem. Das wäre mit grösseren Standardkopfkissen einfach zu lösen.

Super Kurzurlaub in traumhafter Gegend, tolle Hotel-Atmosphäre!

Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben der Bergbahn! Zudem wunderbar grüne Umgebung, Alpakas und Rinder auf dem Nachbargrundstück! Sehr schönes Hotel mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, es riecht fein nach Holz. Ideal sind die kleineren Häuser, so ist es sehr ruhig. Der Saunabereich ist wunderschön, der Blick aus der Sauna auf den Kaiser ein Traum. Pool im Innenhof war auf eine angenehme Temperatur beheizt. Personal war rundum top, alle sehr freundlich! Abends wohl alle paar Tage Livemusik, zwei tolle Musiker haben Klassiker gespielt. Frühstücksbuffet im Bar & Grill war top, ach hier wieder das Personal superfreundlich!

Eine weitere Sauna, wie zum Beispiel Dampf oder eine Infrarotkabine wäre spitze.

Schöner Urlaub

Tolles Hotel Pool ist beheizt, schöner Wellnessbereich. Die geräumigen Zimmer waren sauber. Schnelle Bearbeitung von Mängeln.

Leider hatten wir am ersten Abend kein warmes Wasser. Wir bekamen innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Rückmeldung, dass wir ein neues, gleichwertiges Zimmer beziehen können. Top! Allerdings hätten wir uns auch über eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit gefreut… Einen Tee, ein Schälchen Chips oder ein Getränk an der Bar. Eine von 3 Personen hat nach unserem Wandertag kalt geduscht und wir haben den reservierten Tisch im Restaurant nicht mehr bekommen, weil wir mit dem ganzen Gepäck umgezogen sind… Auch auf Nachfrage war da nichts möglich. Mir ist bewusst, dass das im Ermessen des Hotels liegt, trotzdem schade bei diesem Hotelpreis.

Das Zimmer war toll, Frühstück war lecker und es gab eine grosse Auswahl. Personal freundlich und es gab eine Tiefgarage.

Die Livemusik am Abend... dafür gibt es von mir leider punktabzug. Ich wollte früher schlafen gehen und das war leider noch möglich, da unser Zimmer genau über der Musik war. Konnte trotz ohropax nicht schlafen.
