The location is great, the bar in the reception is open until late hours. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly and kind. They assisted us with a late check in (due to a delay in our flight) and there is a wonderful view also
There is no cool air conditioning option in the room (seems like it)

The receptionist charged us 169 EUR, when we complained she realised there was miss-understanding. I had to ask for refund the money which was already paid (169 EUR). In the end she discovered, they forgot to charge us the city taxi and called me, when we already left the country. I find it absolutely unacceptable to ask someone for their credit card details over the phone. When I asked to send the payment details to my email, I was refused and the receptionist made me to tell her all the details from the credit card. The worst part of it all is that the whole misunderstanding was the receptionist's fault.
