Nice hotel that could be great with just a better breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Very clean rooms and hotel and the bed was comfortable. All the ameneties you need.

There is no airflow in the room and if you open the balcony door it gets loud with people and cars eventhough the room faced the back. The bottle rubbish truck showed up at 5:20am. The breakfast was disappointing. Looked greatbut unfortunalty was only OK.

Lovely hotel with a superb breakfast.

Great stop off on our motorcycle tour. Clean room with a modern bathroom. Superb breakfast choice. One of the best on our trip. Very friendly and helpful staff members.

The room was a little cramped, but it was fine for 1 night stay. We were on the front so a little noisy with passing people. Obviously not he hotels fault, but if you want quiet it was later on in the evening.

Didn’t meet our expectations

There are three parking spaces and one offloading/loading space at the front door. Additional parking is available in their private lot about 200 meters down the street. The review comments about the lovely lady at reception and in the breakfast room (same person) are accurate. She is a gem.

We had a deluxe double room in the front. It was large, but the bathroom was very tiny. It was more of the size that you would expect in a deluxe camper. Hotel is on a busy street - much loud commercial and tractor traffic in the morning and late afternoon.

Overall great stay - the spa was the highlight, but the room a bit too hot

Overall we had a great stay: the hotel is in a great location, the staff is attentive and very nice, the breakfast buffet was nice with freshly made omelette and waffles, and the spa was amazing.

The room gets stuffy and hot even with opening the balcony door during the evening, so the sleep was not 100% comfortable.

All in all a very pleasant stay, can really recommend.

Amazing staff, especially the nice lady on the reception. We got a roomupgrade, that room had a big size with a balcony with a view to the mountains. All very clean. The breakfast was very delicious.

Bathroom was a bit too small for 2 people. Also, you could hear other guests and the cleaning ladies outside.

Super friendly staff, conveniently located, good quality rooms and value for money

Room with a view on mountains at the front of the hotel. Good breakfast with omelette and waffels made for you on demand. Table is resevered for guests.

Prices for dinner are a bit steep. We were not impressed by the dinner option although the atmosphere is nice in the restaurant.

Der schicke Restaurantbereich, der auch als Frühstücksraum diente.

- das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar, die Auswahl sind wir im 4-Sterne Bereich besser gewohnt. - Check in und Check ohne Hausmeister der behilflich gewesen wäre - auch das geht woanders besser. - der Haltebereich vor dem Hotel, der zum Be- und Entladen der PKW dienen sollte, war dauerbelegt und nicht nutzbar. Wir mussten unseren Wagen verkehrswidrig mit einer Achse auf dem Gehsteig abstellen und das auch einige Meter entfernt vom Hoteleingang. - unseren Wagen mussten öffentlich abstellen, der hoteleigene Parkplatz belegt war. - das Standard Zimmer auch wenn klar war, dass es nur 18 m² groß war, war kaum 4-Sterne-würdig.

Der ideale Ort für die entspannten Skiferien!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Hotel Alexander und waren wie immer begeistert. Alles passte perfekt, das Zimmer, das Frühstück, der Skikeller, die 2 sehr netten Rezeptionistinnen, die Sauna, die Nähe zum Skibus… weiter so. Wir kommen wieder!

Besonders gefallen haben mir die Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre, das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich.

Teilweise wurden Bestellungen vergessen und beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden einige Speisen nicht regelmäßig nachgefüllt, sodass man nachfragen musste.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Leider wurde nur die kleine Sauna und das Dampfbad eingeschalten.

Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Betten bequem Ruhig

Frühstücksbuffet war um 9 Uhr sehr leer beim Brot. Badezimmer sehr klein und Dusche überflutet den Boden. Mein Zimmer wurde abends ein zweites mal vergeben. Fremde sind plötzlich in mein Zimmer gekommen als ich auf der Toilette war. Meine Zimmerkarte hatte danach nicht mehr funktioniert. Zum Glück war noch Personal im Haus, wäre ich nicht da gewesen und erst spät nachts zurück, dann wäre ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer gekommen bzw gar nicht ins Hotel

Zimmer wahr gut Frühstück wahr sehr gut und fielfältig die lage an der Hauptstrasse ist etwas zu laut.

Die lage vom Hotel ist wegen verkehr am Morgen etwas störend.
