Everything was perfect

We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped foot in the door. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive (especially Dalija & Fabijan, they were amazing). The room was very spacious, including the bathroom and the food was delicious with plenty of choice and excellent waiting staff.

We cannot fault the hotel, it was everything we wanted and more.

perfect ski resort hotel

Rarely say it, but this really is an amazing ski resort hotel. Rooms are modern, staff actually wants to do their job, location is amazing and so are the views from the room. Bonus is having a sauna. Thank you, I will be back with my girlfriend.

The view was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. Clean place.

The menu was very limited and we struggled to get anything vegeterian to eat at the hotel. There were limited places around Kirchberg to eat and that meant we struggled to find a decent vegetarian meal.

Romantic full-service hotel in beautiful old town for days for skiing and fun!

The spa is wonderful and breakfast is fantastic. Room was exceptionally clean and the train is easy to get back to town should you get lost in a different town just one over cause the ski areas are large and connected. You must download the OBB app and pay at least 2 min prior to boarding or suffer a big fine!

Its NOT for single travel; just too expensive and made me feel lonely not having a romantic partner along as everyone else did

Das Zentral besticht durch seine Lage in den Kitzbüheler Alpen und gute Erreichbarkeit sowohl mit Pkw oder Bahn. Freundliche Mitarbeitende überall und beste Verpflegung machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

Leider kein Fitness Bereich, gehört in einem 4 Sterne Superior Hotel einfach dazu.

Nous avons pris une heure de massage du corps complet qui nous a semblé peu professionnel et incomplet : pas de massage des reins ni des articulations (cou chevilles etc). Aussi, une salle d’exercice physique nous a manqué

Tolles Hotel für eine kleine Auszeit. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchwegs freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als Gast füllten wir uns absolut willkommen. Das Essen war lecker, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und ansprechend renoviert. Auch der Spa Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen, Dampfbad und Infrarotkabine ist sehr schön gestaltet. Für Fam. mit Kindern gibt es ein Spielzimmer. Der Sessellift ist ca. 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Umgebung bietet mit oder ohne Anfahrt viele schöne Wanderwege. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Von uns absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich ,vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung. Es gab ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite, ein sehr schönes und ausreichend großes Zimmer mit seperaten WC. Hunde sind willkommen .Das Essen war hervorragend, das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als reichlich, und jeden Abend standen verschiedenste Gerichte auf der Karte. Die netten Bedienungen waren auch im größten Stress immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, danke dafür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ,das ganze Ambiente des Hotels,die gute Lage und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. DANKE.

Unvergesslicher Wanderurlaub in einem sehr guten Hotel

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite mit Blick auf die Berge.Sehr schön mit riesigen Panorama-Fenstern.Super nettes Personal was auch gern Ausflugstipps gibt (Annie).
