OK, pitty we can't use sauna

Sauna opening times (15-20) So if you stay for 1 night and arrive late there's no chance to use it. Breakfast choice a bit disappointing considering hotel quality and price (150€/night) No cakes, no coffee machine, no pancakes etc. We had much better breakfasts in Germany/Austria so far.

Nice hotel very close to village centre

Hotel is very central. Room was really nice & clean. On site parking was great.

Shower was a bit awkward over the bath. Generally a little dated. Nothing to do with the hotel but village was very quiet for the middle of June & not all bars/restaurants open in the evening

This is what you want when skiing in Austria. Fulfilled & exceeded my expectations.

This hotel truly represents the best of austrian hospitality. It is a great combination of tradition, high quality and above all exceptional customer service. Any interaction with anyone of the staff, including the owner was a 10/10 experience. Additionaly, it was very clean, it offered anything you would need and all of that for a very reasonable price. The restaurant offers a well curated selection of austrian/ tyrolian specialties, very well prepared, with high quality ingredience. For me, someone who spends 40-50 days a year on skis and therefore lots of nights in hotels in ski areas, that was a phenomenal experience. 10/10 can definitely recommend!

I could not tip with card, given that I was under time pressure and had no time to run to an ATM, I ended up not being able to leave an appropriate gratitute for the fantastic service I have received.

very enjoyable long weekend

Location was good, hotel was very comfortable and friendly, the local town was good with bars and restaurants

Be wary of using a transfer by booking.com. At Munich airport the airline lost our bags and we were longer than 45 minutes from landing to getting to our private transfer. The driver refused to take us (even though we had already paid) unless we gave him another 100 euro in cash. He showed us the contract in small print. On the way home our flight was also cancelled so we wanted to change the date of the pick up. There was no option to rearrange and we had to cancel and rebook which would have cost another 195 euro on top of what we had already paid. We found a local transfer instead

We liked this hotel a lot

The Brauwirt is a very nice hotel perched up above Kirchberg but only a few minutes walk down to the village. Our room was nice and clean and had a spacious bathroom with shower over the bath. The staff were lovely and helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and ample and a good selection to choose from. We stayed in 2 nights for dinner, the food quality and portions very good. The pricing was significantly cheaper than similar hotels in Kitzbuhel that we considered, and it was easy to ski across to the Hahnenkamm Streif race area from the nearby gondola stations. There is a wellness centre with a steam room and sauna plus a large room to relax in. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Great stay for a short ski in Kitzski

The staff was great; super welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The room was big.

If anything, the shower in the bathroom was not really 4 star quality but that would really be the only small thing.

Pleasant stay

Nice and helpful staff, spacious clean rooms, nice breakfast... Following all the covid 19 measures. Everywhere was a hand disinfectant plus they provided us with an antigen test for free every 48 hours which also could be used for entry to restaurants and etc.

Superb

We stayed here for our extended weekend skiing trip. Whilst there is 10min walk to the station and to the main bars and restaurants in Kirchberg, it’s less than 10min walk to Gaisberg lift and there are ski buses in the morning to Kitzbuhel lifts. The beds were very comfortable, good size room but our highlight was the helpfulness of the young lady at the reception. Because of the weather conditions some lifts were closed, and she went to trouble of finding out what was open, she also always greeted us with smile and was happy to answer any questions we had. We also had dinner at the restaurant here one evening - veal steak and Zander fish fillet really exceeded our expectations.

Odličan hotel za svaku preporuku

Hotel je odličan, na super lokaciji i za skijaše je odličan izbor. Preko puta hotela je autobuska stanica na kojoj prolazi ski bus u tri termina ujutru, što je veoma zgodno. A nije daleko ni stanica sa koje idu autobusi u više termina. Čak je i ski pas moguće naručiti u hotelu. Hotel ima odličan restoran u kojem se može rezervisati večera, a doručak je takođe, odličan. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Sobe se sređuju svakodnevno. Parking je besplatan i ima ga dovoljno za goste hotela.

Bilo bi super da u sobi postoji ketler za grejane vode.

Sehr nettes Personal und für unsere Zwecke perfekte Lage. Im Ort alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Großer Parkplatz.
