Kirchberg is only an 8 minute tram ride from Kitzbühel and is on the same ski pass. I may elect to stay at this hotel th

Alpen Gluck allowed electronic pre checking so my room key card was waiting for me at reception. Modern, well appointed rooms. Helpful staff. Great value and quality for the money.

Excellent hotel

This is a beautiful hotel minutes from the centre of Kirchberg. It is decorated to a very high standard and staff are excellent. The breakfast is superb. Would highly recommend.

Off street parking. Breakfast was good. The room was a decent size.

The property collects city tax in cash; it would be better to be paid with accommodation cost (We generally do not carry Euro coins). We were presented with a booking at breakfast. Why wasn't this included in the check-in envelope? The pillows did not provide any support.

Very nice newly renovated room. Great breakfest.

There was 5 of us and we were staying in a family room. The upper bunk had very little space. Nephew did not mind as much, but some people might have problem to slleep there. So, for 4 excellent, the fifth must not be claustrophobic.

Overall, I enjoed my stay in the hotel.

I liked the location, self service in checking out/in, cleanliness of the place and that the hotel is newly renovated.

The fact that the air conditioning is enlisted in the facilities but actually wasn’t available.

Great location close to town, interesting old building with good modern updates. Room was big enough. Good breakfast.

Bit of traffic noise being at the front of theyhe building but it didn't go on all night. Would prefer to have breakfast downstairs not a 5min walk to the other hotel.

It is modern and very well located hotel in a very nice village. Very good breakfast with a great selection of food.

The self-check in is not the best option, kettle would be very appreciated in a room. We had silver-grey wingless insects in our room which.

Great for skiing - want to come back

Location is great, specially if you are skiing. You can walk ~9min to the bus stop in your ski gear. They have a good relationship with a rental shop which offered fair prices and good service. Breakfast was served at the hotel and not the main one, and it was good. Smooth self check-in. Good outside parking. Heated rack for ski boots in the ski room just outside. Staff was very helpful to try to identify who took my ski poles.

Unfortunately someone took my ski poles (which can happen at any hotel) from the ski room. They have cameras but we could not identify who it was. The room is of course locked.

Nice to enjoy the beauty of the nature.

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was very polite.

The room was very small, we were given by the property a room with a double bed and a single one, though we had booked a double room at booking.com. The hotel location is by the main street , very noisy because of the cars.

Netjes, verzorgd, schoon, redelijk dichtbij alles. Binnenkomst ondanks onbemand wel goed geregeld.

Ik heb Astma en werd benauwd van het schoonmaakmiddel of luchtreiniger wat ze gebruikt hebben. Uiteindelijk hebben we ramen open gedaan en toen lukte het wel.

Das Haus liegt zentral und nahe zu einer Skibushaltestelle. Ebenerdiger Skiraum.

Die Schlüsselkarte hat nicht funktioniert . Ich musste mir im Kirchberger Hof erst eine funktionierende holen.

Heerlijk

We hadden een luxe ruime familiekamer, fijne bedden, voldoende opbergruimte en mooie badkamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Schoonmaak ook dik in orde. Op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum. We zijn naar de lift gereden (5min), dat is voor ons prima. Gastvrouw zorgt goed voor iedereen. We hebben geen last gehad van de weg. (Onze kamer lag niet aan de weg)

We hebben het niet als hinderlijk ervaren maar met open raam was de kerkklok ieder kwartier goed te horen. Met raam dicht geen last van. Onze kamer had een stapelbed. Het bovenste bed had wat weinig ruimte boven zich. Je kunt daar niet rechtop zitten en moet er echt uit/inkruipen, je stoot je hoofd als je er geen rekening mee houdt.
