Fantastic Spa Experience and Excellent Hospitality

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent. The location is great, with free parking available. I especially loved the SPA area — not every hotel has a steam bath! There’s also a sauna, snow room, infrared room and a beautiful lounge to relax in including tea & snacks. There’s plenty to do in the immediate surroundings. Kitzbühel is close by, and you can ski, hike or simply take the cable car and enjoy the scenery.

Absolutely amazing!!! From the brand new rooms, very modern and extremely clear, to the sounds isolation, very friendly, welcoming and professional staff, its location and absolutely delicious food! Quiet and relaxing. It was everything we could have wished for. Great spa facilities with snacks and modern relaxation areas. Thank you for having us, your hospitality was 10*.

Perfect location close to lake and city center, very comfortable beds and pillows, free access to pool, fitness and relax area, food was excellent and staff was kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel, but should improve facilities for children.

The hotel is generally excellent. Good breakfast and dinner in the evening. Nice staff. The room was big and clean, beds were comfortable. Good spa area and pool. Big ski depot. The hotel is not close to a ski lift, but great shuttle service from the hotel to a ski lift in the morning and back in the afternoon.

The hotel does not have any play area or room for children, a drawback for families traveling with young children.

We shall visit again

We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. We could choose dinner from 4 options, there always were vegetarian and fish, we really enjoyed food in the hotel. Wellness and pool were the best we visited until now, different saunas, resting area very comfortable and quiet. You could make hot tea if you wanted, dried fruit were available. The city itself was very nice, so all together we were so happy to be there. Parking at the hotel parking, free of charge.

I would welcome daily dish menu in English, but we managed to use google translator.

Disappointing

There was a large group of 3 cars and they switched to buffet instead of table service. the dinner with buffet was quite disappointing, food was not hot and every business cantine in Switzerland is serving better food. The starter and salad buffet was fine.

Disappointing

nice pool and spa area. nice breakfast.

All but 2 of the staff were ignorant and rude, Croatian fella serving us was sound. dinner was nice but portions too small. went with a group of young men and the staff tried to make it as awkward for us as possible so stay away if you’re going with a big group of 23/24 year olds
