The location is good, close to the bus stop to skilifts. Wellness facilities were good, small, but decent. The room was clean.

The 4 stars confused me a lot this time, I would give it 2 max in reality. There was no basic toiletries. Only body wash, which we run out in the first 2 days and no one replaced it in the rest 3 days. The room needs renovation. No mini bar in the room, no fridge. We asked for a kettle to make some tea in the room, they couldn’t provide it. Breakfast is just another disappointment: absolutely no warm dish option if you are a vegetarian. And in general, not a great variety. There is also bright light on the balcony that cannot be switched off, and no decent blinds available. So if you have sensitive eyes, bring your eye mask. The price was high due to the top season, and was absolutely not worth it.

Everything was perfect! Great location, only couple of minutes to skibus stop (3-mins walking distance). Professional skiroom. Very nice stuff - everybody were friendly and helpful. Amazing restaurant, everyday different menu for dinner, fresh and local products. Everything was very tasty, like in good-quality restaurant. Great cakes for afternoon tea time. Perfect saunas (3!) avaliable after skiing. All rooms are cleaned every day,.

Friendly comfortable hotel

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Great room with balcony and sitting area, very comfortable bed, small but fine bathroom. I stayed on a half-board basis; very good buffet breakfast, also very good 4-course evening meal plus salad buffet. Spotlessly clean hotel. Nice little cosy bar area with a cocktail menu and a small garden and terrace which was lovely for morning coffee! They also offer afternoon coffee and cakes for half-board residents but I was out every afternoon so unfortunately I missed that. Kirchberg is a good base for travelling in the area and your guest card offers free local transport. It's a much quieter place than nearby Kitzbuhel but has good amenities and is more laid back (recommend the Gaisberg chairlift then take the easy walk back down, lovely man-made lake on route, with sunloungers) I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Just one very minor point, the room didn't have a kettle / coffee maker.

Die Lage, Ausstattung und Zimmer, wie auch das authentische, urige und schöne Ambiente. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Das freundliche und engagierte Personal.

Es war sauber

Unser Zimmer war kalt Die Heizung kaputt Es wurde eine Heizung hingestellt Bad und Toilette kalt Die Heizung machte natürlich nachts Geräusche Relais…? Kann alles passieren. Dass dafür der volle Preis bezahlt werden muss…?!? Keine Entschuldigung.

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen!

Frühstück war gut und die Lage schön.

Die Rezeptionistin nimmt statt uns einen Reisebus mit älteren Leuten vor, obwohl wir eine Anfahrt von 4 Stunden hatten und einfach nur einchecken wollten! Das Badezimmer ist total veraltet und überhaupt nicht modern, das Licht im Bad ist von den 80er Jahren..... also sehen null! Beim Frühstück wurden wir in irgendeine hintere Ecke gesetzt! Zimmer allgemein extrem alt! Geruch sehr modrig nicht angenehm!

Goed hotel met plus en minpunten.

Traditioneel hotel op een goede locatie in Kirchberg. Veel parkeermogelijkheden aan het hotel. Ski ruimte is groot en goed voorzien. Eten was lekker en voldoende. Na het skiën koffie en koeken in een gezellige veranda. Personeel was top.

Zeer kleine kamers. Badkamer heeft een vernieuwing nodig en was koud s 'morgens. Bedden waren slecht, kraken en piepen en iedereen rugpijn s' morgens. Prijs was niet in verhouding.
