We lost our key one night and couldn’t find a way to contact anyone so we had to sleep on the floor in our kids room . Would be nice to have an Emergency number . Our fault for losing key but was a rough night .

Exceptional

Was a great experience to be in Maierl Alm. Stunning view, clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed for 3 nights including breakfast with my family. Every morning delicious smells of baked breads, cruissants.. :) . Very nice location to hike & bike beautiful forest and alms around. We choose the hotel restaurant for dinners, very good ala carte menu, including traditional Tirol cuisine, all was tasty and fresh. More over, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely, one of my best choice for vacation. Thanks to all :)

Very good

Overall a fantastic location. Wonderful views from the chalet over the mountains and the valley below. Every day, especially in the morning and at sunset, a magnificent spectacle of colours, clouds, light. Excellent majority of staff very helpful. Good cuisine!

We stayed for 2 weeks. During this time, 3 times the hotel had closed events (including a wedding for a significant number of people), when - in practice - the restaurant and kitchen were not available to other guests. The chalet has both a well-equipped kitchen and a grill. The problem is that no one informed us in advance so that we could plan to prepare meals on our own. On the other hand, we did not formally reserve a place in the restaurant 2-3 days in advance assuming that it would simply be open.... In any case, it had little to do with the comfort and care of the guest. In general, for the 1st week there was a manager - a very cool, friendly woman with whom we had a good contact. The 2nd week there was another manager - a rather formal man, antipathetic a bit. And one more thing, maybe not the most important in the mountains.... we were annoyed by the WiFi. They have good equipment (Ubiquiti) and I guess even a reasonably good connection. But the access points are placed so stupidly that it probably couldn't get any dumber: under the concrete stairs on the lowest level, in the vestibule on the main level also behind a concrete wall; no APs upstairs by the master bedrooms. As a result, on the main level good WiFi was only in the center of the room, and downstairs by the sauna. No or very poor WiFi on the terrace, by the Jacuzzi and in the bedrooms. Similar problem with WiFi in some of the common areas - no AP at the pool and sun terrace; a little signal reached the pool I think from the AC located at the end of a looooong corridor. But at the end of the corridor, a few dozen meters from the pool and sun terrace, WiFi was perfect!

Beautiful accommodation on the mountainside in an ideal setting.

Maierl-alm is a great hotel literally just off the piste, so you can easily ski in and out. The staff are really nice and the atmosphere Is relaxed and friendly. Our Panoramic apartment was perfect - much larger than it looks in the photographs - with comfy beds, great styling and amazing views of the slopes/village. The breakfast was really good too, and we loved the pool and sauna! Hoping to come back soon and rent one of the chalets!

There wasn't any apres ski activity (when we previously lunched there, there was music and more of a vibe) and the food selection was rather limited for pescatarians.

Everything. The location is very nice, remote and with an amazing view. Pet Friendly. The staff - paying attention to all details. The food was delicious, including the breakfast. The room - spacious, comfortable, clean. Overall - cozy location, with high quality of service.

Pohvala za predusretljivo osoblje. Apartman je bio opremljen svim potrebnim, čist i dovoljno prostran.

Jedan put se dogodilo da je bazenska voda bila mutna.

Mooie accommodatie op een mooie plek op de piste, overdag gezellig druk , s'avonds lekker rustig.

Ontbijt was prima, ruime keuze..... personeel was zeer vriendelijk en meedenkend, als voorbeeld ik vertrok vroeg in de ochtend en kreeg een lunchpakketje mee.

Wunderbar gelegene Unterkunft für Skifahrer und Wanderer mit köstlichem Essen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man übernachtet mitten auf der Skipiste und trotzdem ist die Unterkunft mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt Parkplätze und eine Garage.

Uns hat alles gefallen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist faszinierend, das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Im Chalet ist wirklich alles vorhanden,was man für eine schönen Aufenthalt benötigt, für Ruhesuchende absolut empfehlenswert! Es hat unsere Erwartungen völlig übertroffen

Super wäre noch, wenn jedes Chalet einzeln eingezäunt wäre (bezgl Hunde) und wenn es einen Sichtschutz zw den einzelnen Chalets gäbe (Terrasse) Aber das ist jammern, auf sehr hohem Niveau;-)
