bohatá snídaně i večeře, velice příjemný a vstřícný personál, dojezdová vzdálenost do několika lyžařských středisek,
jednoznačnost v informaci zda je objednán pokoj v hlavní budově Gut Kramerhof nebo v dependance Das Kaisergut - v našem případě ke spokojenosti vyřešeno na místě, doporučuji instalovat sušáky na lyžařské boty, v sauně byl byla vhodná karafa s vodou

Das Personal super freundlich...Zimmer ordentlich...Essen, Top wie immer...Lage fantastisch
Für große Menschen die Betten zu klein ( mit Fußende )...offene Betten wären besser, im Haupthaus hat man in den Familienzimmern große Tische, an denen man sitzen und auch den Abend gemeinsam verbringen kann, im Nebenhaus leider nicht...nur kleinen kleinen Tisch, den man zu dritt nur beschwert und mit umstellen nutzen kann. Das soll aber bitte keinen Mangel darstellen!
