Definately considering returning in 2024 to take advantage of Sankt Johann's wonderful facilities.

Sarah is everything a customer could expect from a host. Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and very close to the town centre, but located in a quiet position with plenty of outdoor space i have no hesitation in giving this property my recommendation.

A few deck chairs to sit on in the garden to make the most of the beautiful garden.

Sarah the host made us feel just like home. Always happy to help with a big smile on her face. Breakfast was very good and the room was super clean with a nice balcony and mountain view. Really looking forward to visit again next year!!!

Fantastic accommodation

Sarah was both friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The WiFi is very fast. Plenty of hot water from the excellent shower. The breakfast is one of the best in Austria in my opinion. The ski bus stop is only a 3 minute walk away. St Johann is both a beautiful town and has great skiing. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sarah for a lovely stay.

Perfect! We really enjoyed our stay, had an amazing week and we were sad to leave.

The hotel was really cosy and clean. Our host Sarah made us feel like we were at home :) the service was really personalized and we couldn’t be happier :) Our stay was pure bliss and we would love to return for our next ski trip :)

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage ist super. Man braucht kein Auto und kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum von St.Johann erreichen. Was will man mehr?

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen, die immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin war dabei das Beste!

Leider waren die Vorhänge nicht abdunkelnd und am Donnerstag wurde morgens um 7 Uhr im Flur Staub gesaugt; beides hat dem Ausschlafen im Urlaub nicht geholfen.

Es war toll und wir werden wiederkommen!

Professionell von einer jungen Frau geführt, die flott, freundlich und mit klarem Blick für alles ihre Gäste umsorgt und grossen Wert auf absolute Sauberkeit legt. Es gibt einen überdachten Sitzbereich im Garten, der zum Frühstücken einlädt. Kaffee wird serviert, ansonsten gibt es ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage ist zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar!) und ganz ruhig, alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit wundervollem Blick auf den Kaiser und/oder das Kitzbüheler Horn. Das 15 qm Zimmer war völlig ausreichend und hatte ein modernisiertes Duschbad, auf dem bereits überdachten Balkon saß es sich auch bei Regen sehr gemütlich.

Die Einrichtung und Dekoration entsprach nicht unserem persönlichen Geschmack, ist aber alles tippi toppi! In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und trotz großer Wärme blieben die Zimmer erstaunlich kühl.

Ich wurde schon an der Eingangstür mit einem herzlich willkommen empfangen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und offen. Man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, sodass wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Zimmer gemütlich und sehr sauber, ausgesprochen leckeres Frühstück und ruhig gelegen. Zentrum, Bahnhof, Schwimmbad fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
