Disappointed.

Modern, clean, comfortable bed and quiet with an excellent view.

The odour of drains from the bathroom, the tiny ill equipped kitchen, (no shape cutting knife, no scissors, an old marked plastic chopping board, no toaster, no microwave. WiFi compatible TV. It felt like a small and cell/ cheap hotel like. When I took off and folded the sheets all where clean and white, the mattress protector had a little stain which indicated it hadn’t been washed or spot cleaned, in my opinion. We broke an expensive glass which replaced. Having such fine glasses for an appartement where a thick cotton tea towel is used equals breakage. As I have been going to Söll for 50 years and we had a car, I knew where to get a replacement. The appartement was expensive for what it was. Normally we stay in another beautiful location in Söll and the appartement has all the above facilities and more, except WiFi compatible TV but they do have Sky. It is considerably less per week.

There is only a curtain as a door to the ensuite in the master bedroom. Could have done with more pillows and another duvet / blanket.

A gem of an apartment in Soll

Spacious, modern one bed apartment in a building that also features a couple of studios and a three bed. Our one bed perfect for us two or a family if you utilise sofa bed in living room. Comfortable main bed, tons of storage, large bathroom with hairdryer/large rainfall shower, drying racks, ski storage, the well stocked kitchen had coffee maker/ kettle, good range of utensils, glassware, pots, pans and immaculate oven. An open plan living space with table for four, corner sofa (sofa bed) with TV made for a relaxed stay. Situated on a quiet rural road it’s just one minute walk from line 6 bus which had us at the gondola in 6 minutes. Could also hop on other buses to get half way back to edge of town if tired! We also walked back from the ski base in 20 mins if we had missed a bus so took the pressure off a fixed schedule. At night Kaiserhoam is 10 min walk to edge of town or 12 mins to the centre so great location. Staff so friendly and helpful would stay again 100%.

Nice and quiet location

Excellent nice and quiet location. Just a few meters away from the ski bus stop and a short 15 mins walk to the city center/shops. We had a studio which offers plenty of space and a small kitchenette + fridge. Ideal for preparing your own breakfast. The studio offered a very nice view(and a balcony with a table and chairs) but as we were all day skiing so we didn't had time to enjoy it.

Very nice apartment, great location. Pretty much eveything I would need. Very nice bathroom. Great views over the mountains, especially from the long window.

The bus lines are extremely convenient, you don’t really walk a lot. Thanks the apartment owner offer the free bus ride ticket.

Nothing to complain excepting I fell from my ski trip and hurt my knee, that’s my fault haha.

Superb

A spacious, modern apartment. 12 minutes walk from the town, right on the yellow ski bus route. Nice view over the valley and the ski area. Quiet location. Great ski storage area.

Had hoped to self cater but kitchen limited, no kettle, oven, grill, microwave, just two hobs and a coffee machine.

Amazing location. Just about 30 meters away from the busstop for the ski busses. We had a great view from the balcony and it was super clean when we arrived!

We didn’t get to store our ski gear anywhere.

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (eine zweite Pfanne wäre eventuell nicht schlecht). Der Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein.
