Weekend Trip

Very good breakfast and evening meal. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very nice. The hotel is in a quiet area and only a short stroll away from the middle of Söll. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in in Söll.

Gyönyörű környezetben, szép és tiszta szállás, kifogástalan vendéglátás. Jó volt · A szállás gyönyörű helyen van és közel a központhoz. A reggeli bőséges és finom, örültünk, hogy vacsorázni is tudtunk ott helyben. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, jól éreztük magunkat. Mi motorral érkeztünk, jó volt, hogy tudtunk fedett helyen parkolni. Köszönjük a vendéglátást!

Bemüht, aber dem Preis nicht entsprechend

Der Naturpool, die Sauna, die sanierten Zimmer

Es sind nicht alle Zimmer bereits saniert. Auch das Restaurant ist noch im Urzustand. Das Personal war mit Ausnahme einer jungen Kellnerin nur angestrengt freundlich. Es fehlte die herzliche entgegenkommende Gastfreundschaft, durch welche sich der Gast willkommen fühlt und gern wieder käme. Man hatte das Gefühl, zur Last zu fallen, im Weg zu stehen, zu nerven, wenn man sich ein Frühstücksei bestellt. Am freundlichsten waren die Reinigungsfrauen und die Auszubildende. Sowohl beim Frühstücksbüffet als auch sonst generell wurde das Mindestmaß erfüllt, fehlte aber stets das gewisse Extra, welches man in dieser Preiskategorie erwartet: etwas Abwechslung beim Frühstück, ein hochwertiger Kaffeeautomat für guten Kaffee oder zum Beispiel ein Willkommensstrauß auf dem Zimmer, Hilfe bei Planung einer Tageswanderung o.ä. Die Küche gab sich aber täglich sehr viel Mühe mit dem abendlichen Menü. Schade.

Für eine Woche Skiurlaub ist es sehr gut.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite für 2 Personen. Die bietet genügend Platz auch während eines Skiurlaubes. Der Skibus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab.

Es gab jeden Abend ein Mehr-Gänge-Menü. ( ausser einen Abend ). Für meinen 11-jährigen war da wenig dabei. Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Küche flexibel reagiert und auch was kindgerechtes anbietet. Zugegeben mein Kleiner ist kein großer „Test“esser. 😀
