Perfect stay for a night, probably for a lot longer if we wouldn't had have other plans

Cheap and nice stay on our way to italy

Very friendly staff even on late check-in, very good price, clean and modern room.

The bed was very soft, the bed base under the mattrace was worn out and slightly broken.

stay was serving its purpose but not having internet included in the price in the room was not great

Room was lovely and nicely decorated, comfortable

Wi-Fi was not available u=in the room for free which was a nuisance for us as we needed to plan rest of our trip. It was not advertised that you had to pay extra 5EUR per device!! Which is a rip off

A very nice hotel, with personality, you can't pass by it and not look at it. It is clean, has very kind staff who help you with everything you need. Large room with comfortable bed, large bathroom, all very clean. The breakfast is special, you can find everything you want, including natural orange, carrot or apple juice. A property where it was worth spending your vacation.

Ok for a pit stop

The location, the clean spacious rooms, very good breakfast, large bathroom in the family room.

Mattresses were not comfortable, and there are a lot of extra charges (Wi-Fi in the room, baby cot is charged extra, use of the fridge).

Recommended for a ski/snowboarding vacation in SOLL area !!! Great location!!!

Breakfast was great, had everything you need and the waiters were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious, heated floors and bathtub, clean and tidy! Wifi is available 5 lines all around (but you have to pay extra)

Disappointing and embarrassing

Very disappointing experience. We booked a large, 2-persons bedroom with doublebed, but got a bunkbed in a very small room instead. That the photo of our reserved room had nothing to do with the bunk bed in real, was, according to the manager, "not unusual". The hotel refused to compensate, even after assistence from booking.com.

It shows that this hotel chooses a money-driven policy, in which making profits is more important than good service to the customers. WiFi in the hotelrooms has to be paid extra and also cleaning the room during your stay is extra charged. Overall a very disappointing experience with an embarrassing lack of care by the management.
