Alles in allem ganz Ok.
Die Lage ist top, super nah am Lift! Das ganze Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich.
Es gibt zu wenig Personal. So ist die Bar z.b. nicht besetzt und die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gesäubert.

Locatie: midden in het dorp en direct aan de piste. Zeer ruime, schone en comfortabele kamer. Grote kamer, veel handdoeken en teven waterkoker en magnetron. Lekker zwembad met ruime openingstijden.
Geen receptie na 15:30; hier is wel duidelijke communicatie over. Zeker wel te doen, echter toen kaart wederom niet werkte is het wel wat irritant om naar het andere ‘hoofd’hotel te moeten.

Сподобалася атмосфера готелю, персонал, чистота, розташування. Гарне спа, номери великі, просторі, все продумано до дрібниць, дуже зручно, ліжка зручні, халати та рушники і все у самому готелі чистеньке та свіже. Іжа різноманітна та смачна. Наявність гаражу - дуже зручно було.

Mittelmäßige Leistung aber guter Kinderclub
Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Wir waren im neuen Anbau des Hotels untergebracht, der moderne Zimmer hatte. Parkplatz war kostenlos, WLAN auch und in guter Qualität. Highlight war der Kinderclub, sie haben sich trotz sprachlicher Barriere (einige konnten nur wenig deutsch) sehr viel Mühe gegeben und unsere zwei Kinder haben sich dort wohl gefühlt.
Sauna macht erst um 16h auf. Essensauswahl eingeschränkt und an einigen Tagen auch nicht ansprechend. Freundlichkeit des Gastropersonals (die ungarisch sprechenden) ließ zu wünschen übrig. Während der Essenszeiten war teilweise schnell irgendwas leer und niemand kam, um es aufzufüllen. Schwimmbad ist klein. Die Möglichkeit, als Erwachsener in dass Schwesterhotel zu gehen, sollte man in Erwägung ziehen.
