Leider enttäuscht von Freundlichkeit des Personals und vom Essen.

Die Lage ist super, Zimmer sind auch schön (wir waren im Nebenhaus) - hat uns auch nichts ausgemacht uns dann im Spa nochmal umzuziehen, sonst hätte man 150m durch den Ort im Bademantel gemusst. Spa Bereich ist schön und großzügig.

Das Personal im Restaurant war kühl und nicht herzlich. Eine kleine Änderungsanfrage des Tisches (einen Tisch weiter rechts um etwas Abstand vom Laufweg des Buffets zu erhalten) wurde nur mit Knurren und Augenverdrehen genehmigt, obwohl dort kein anderer Gast platziert war. Wenn man Personal begegnet ist (egal ob Service oder Reinigung) gab es in kein Hallo, kein „Schönen Tag“ o.ä. - selbst wenn wir zuerst gegrüßt haben kam häufig nichts zurück. Insgesamt für meinen Anspruch an diesen Preis und an ein solches Haus absolut unzureichend. Man hat aber gemerkt dass das Personal zu Gästen die wohl häufiger da sind deutlich freundlicher war. Das Essen war ok - Salatbuffet und Dessert sehr lecker. Hauptgänge im Buffet und die servierten Gänge sehr fad und nicht dem Anspruch entsprechend, zB Käsespätzle waren eher Sahnespätzle. Insgesamt ein sehr großes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente aber ohne Herzlichkeit und schlechtem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Die Lage des Hotels, der Pool, die Wellnessabteilung, die Inneneinrichtung.

Das Abendessen hat nicht immer unseren Ansprüchen genügt. Die Angestellten waren leider nicht immer deutschsprachig. Unser Zimmer war mit einem fantastischen Blicke auf den Wilden Kaiser, leider ist dann auch der Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Hotel bei geöffnetem Fenster deutlich zu hören.

Fantastisk hotel

Vi kunne li alt ved dette hotel. Vores lejlighed var skøn og dejlig med altan. Og vi boet i nr 22 Anekset der hører til hotellet få meter derfra. Der var der dejlig fred og ro. Skøn pool,samt det indendørs. Skøn musik om aften og flot med lys på hotellet rigtig hyggestemning. Indendøre var en masse sidde pladser i flot og hyggelig stil. Både morgenmads buffe og aften var helt indestående og man havde samme bord hver dag. Tjenerne var opmærksomme hele tiden om alt var som det skulle være. Vi kan klart anbefalde stedet.

Zimmer wirkte sehr altmodisch und müssten mal dringend renoviert werden. Hässlicher grauer Teppich und teilweise Möbel die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Wir hatten schon kein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht, sondern eine Kategorie gebucht. Hier muss das Hotel nachlegen. Die Preise sind enorm hoch, hier erwarte ich eine bessere Ausstattung!

Kann man machen!

Die Kaisersuite ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Frühstücksangebot völlig ausreichend. Abendessen ist gut, das Hotel ist halt sehr groß, wenn 200 Gäste essen wollen , ist das für die Küche ein Kraftakt, aber das schaukeln sie ganz gut. Die Servicekräfte geben echt alles, sind nett, bemüht, aber mit der Anzahl der Tische an der Belastungsgrenze, das ist keine Kritik, aber ein Hinweis für die Betreiberfamilie. Insgesamt gut!

Wenn man ins Hotel kommt wäre es halt nett wenn man wahrgenommen wird. Die Rezeption sitzt vor den PC´s, kein Hallo, kein Grüss Gott, der Größe geschuldet wohl....aber man zahlt halt ordentlich...auch für ihre Gehälter, da wäre ein kleines Lächeln durchaus nett.....man selber ist ja auch bemüht....

An average stay that did not meet 4-star standards and wasn’t worth the price.

Nice and spacious hotel with good location in the town.

While the room was spacious and clean, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The mattresses were worn out, and basic bathroom amenities such as shampoo and tissues were missing. The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was often distracting, which affected the overall comfort. Meals were average – breakfast lacked variety, the dinner was not surprising . Staff were friendly but spoke little to no English, and all information including menus and daily programs was only available in German, which made communication difficult and is not a standard for 4 stars hotels. Unfortunately, we feel the stay did not offer good value for money.

Eher was für die Wintersportler

Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Zimmer im Appartementhaus gebucht. Da unser Zimmer direkt zur B 178 gelegen war, wollten wir gerne ins Haupthaus umbuchen, was auch möglich war. Die Speisen beim Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut und abwechslungsreich. Zum Wellnessbereich können wir keine Aussage machen, da wir ihn nicht genutzt haben.

Der Ort ist sehr stark auf den Wintersport ausgelegt und das hat für uns leider viel vom Charme des Dorfs weggenommen (außer man ist Fan vom Bergdoktor). Im Hotel saßen wir einmal vor dem Abendessen im Barbereich und wollten vorab schon einen Cocktail trinken. Vom Service hat uns leider niemand beachten wollen. Für das Essen bekommt man einen festen Tisch für die Dauer des Aufenthalts zugewiesen. Wir saßen in einem kleinen separaten Raum, in dem wir uns eher wie auf dem Abstellgleis vorgekommen sind.

Kommunikation über Vorgehensweisen und Angebot könnte verbessert werden. Z.B. 2 Spas die nicht direkt verbunden sind, Aufguss soll stattfinden - aber man findet es nicht🤷🏻 Personal versteht teilweise zu wenig deutsch um zu verstehen was der Gast möchte (Restaurant/Essensausgabe)

Es war ein perfekter langes Wochen, trotz mehrerer Stunden regen.

Zimmer waren größer als erwartet, riesen Terasse. Essen und Frühstück sehr gut. Auch der Service. Es gab sogar eine Geburtzstagsüberraschung der Hotelleitung.

Das Wetter hätte besser sein können. Aber das ist nicht beeinflussbar.

Lieber im Haupthaus als im Appart-Haus. Es ist zwar ‚nur‘ ca 250m entfernt aber man geht durch das Quartier. Nicht möglich mit Bademantel/Slippers. Zum Wellness/Pool also einpacken.

Close to the village, but quit environment Large rooms , well equipped and very clean Very good restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet. Nice dinner with 5 courses and with 3 choices for entrance and main course. Wellness area is very nice with 3 parts: swimming area, sauna area, adult sauna area

Both sauna areas (wellness) are nude areas. In many hotels, this mean that people can go nude. In this hotel, you have to go nude. Obligation. The staff of the wellness argues with the hotel guests when they wear a bikini and tell them to go nude. I saw many women having problems to go nude. So they had to leave the wellness.

The hotel restaurant did not allow the dinner in the room, no room service was offered, when asked for a possibility to have dinner in the room with a nice view of the mountains instead of the fixed to a guest table in the corner of the restaurant. The concept of assigning a dining table can be understood from the logistics point of view, however ruins the whole dinner experience when you have to stock to same table assigned to you for the full stay, some flexibility of choosing the dining place would be appreciated. The hotel is located right to the main road that goes through the valley so if you are in search of a peaceful location for your holiday,with this location you will always hear the heavy road traffic.

clean modern room with great view, great pool.

the reception - nice enough staff but dated, unprofessional look with their food / snacks and drinks on view. very much had the feel of a cruise liner - it’s a very large hotel. dated restaurant area where we were placed on half board - but selection of food on offer was very good for the price.
