Everything was excellent! We loved the nature, food, drinks etc. We drive an electrical car and the underground charging worked well.

We visited the Kaiser in January 2020 for the ski trip with kids. From the first moment we entered the hotel we were impressed by the interior, ambience and the size of the property. The check in process went very smoothly, we got a nice room, big enough to meet all our needs, it had a balcony and very nice amenities, including a modern bath and a separate toilet room. The room also had a safe deposit box and a small fridge. The beds were big enough with extremely comfortable pillows and blankets. The mattress could have been a little bit more comfy but we were so tired after a day of skiing that it didnt bother us that much. The kids used the kids play room, including a table tennis and pool games.The spa is very modern and in a superb condition. Its not the biggest or the most luxurious you will see but it definitely was a lot above the average. The food at the restaurant was also very very tasty with good variety from vegetables, meats, sweets and drinks.Overall our stay was amazing with plenty of great memories and that’s the only thing you need from your vacation.

We stayed five nights with all inclusive. The food was really tasty! High quality and very fresh buffet. The kids loved the indoor pool. It was warm so they could bath for ages. The outdoor pool was cold and not a big hit. But they are expanding and hopefully the new bigger pool will be warmer for next summer. The family room was big and clean with a small refrigerator. I warmly recommend this hotel and we will come back.
