Exceptional boutique hotel in a gorgeous village. The team, facilities, beautiful rooms and surroundings were all superb. Really enjoyed the pool areas - inside & outdoors. The restaurant and breakfast were also excellent quality. Hope to return in the future and would highly recommend.

Excellent stay for skiing in SkiWelt Brixenthal

We had a great stay at der Bär (7 nights). Very nice hotel (ski in, ski out) with a large breakfast buffet and excellent menu at the hotel restaurant. Also great swimming pool for the children

Everything was just fabulous even the views.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed on our trip and the staff were exceptional. The bar and waiting staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional especially the outdoor pool in the winter. Skiing was fabulous and we had unlimited activities to enjoy during the day too if you needed a day off skiing. The room was very comfortable and complements to the hotel cleaning staff who always had our room spotless. The food every day was excellent and always a good choice on the menu.

Wonderful! Best pool and best staff! Would love to come back.

Best pool in the region..! Second time stay, all good, the garden junior suite was also beautiful and very comfortable, with seamless service. Breakfast was good too, albeit could have more varieties, and less of marinated stuff. Dinners were lovely, with live music on Saturday, and gteat combination of buffet plus a la carte dishes. Kids menu also exists. I loved the wine recommendations and ultra professional service at the table - your glass is never empty, service is fast and with high attention to the details, with great conversations and energetic, yet laid back attitude. The service team lovely engaged our little one into the process, and he was so so happy that he could help to the hotel team.

I would appreciate tea and espresso facilities in the room - really missed those. Also, the saunas are only get to open at 3pm, which is kind of half into the day and only 4hrs before the dinner. And even coming after 3pm, I found them just warming up and not ready for use..

What a gem..!! Definitely will be back!

Excellent property all the ways. We had great communication exchange before even coming there, they helped and made superb clarity related to COVID situation. The room was clean and relatively simple, but the view was good and overall location very close to SPA. It is small family run hotel, with amazing interior design, with unbelievable external warm pool, excellent service and attitude and very delicious food paired with lovely wine choice. We had wonderful few days!! The ultra special highlight for us was that hotel is very kids friendly which is some that rare for Alpine-style hotels, they do have outstanding kids club open on demand, and nice inner and outside pool, good kids menu and ability to order from adults menu for kids too.

Schöner Welnessbereich, sehr schöner Aussenpool mit top Aussicht! Super Lage, schöner Blick auf die Berge, schnell auf diversen Wanderrrouten.

Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir uns einen noch höheren Standard an Service sowie eine umfangreichere Zimmerausstattung gewünscht. Abgesehen von Shampoo/Duschgel und einer täglich aufgefüllten 1-Liter-Wasserflasche war im Zimmer leider wenig vorhanden. Aus anderen Wellnesshotels in ähnlicher Kategorie sind wir es gewohnt, dass zum Beispiel Badeschlappen bereitgestellt werden, zusätzliche Badeutensilien zur Verfügung stehen, Kaffee auch im Komfortzimmer angeboten wird oder eine kleine Snackbar bzw. ein Roomservice für Snacks zwischendurch vorhanden ist. Auch ein Begrüßungsgetränk wie Orangensaft oder Sekt beim Check-in wäre eine schöne Geste gewesen. Zudem erhielten wir keinen Hinweis vom Personal, dass es möglich gewesen wäre, das Auto in der Garage zu parken. Alles in allem ist es ein schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, jedoch fanden wir, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht ganz stimmig war

Tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Landschaft mit nettem österreichischen Flair

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit nettem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Die Zimmer wurden sehr gründlich gereinigt und Handtücher und Betten liebevoll zurechtgemacht.

Een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf

Het personeel besteedt veel aandacht aan het thuis laten voelen van alle gasten. We voelden ons erg welkom vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen. Het ontbijtbuffet en het avondeten zijn beiden zeer goed verzorgd. Via een krantje bij het ontbijt krijg je tips voor een dagactiviteit, passend bij de weersverwachting. Het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De verwachtingen die op Social media worden geschept worden waargemaakt.

Met warm weer is het lastig om de kamer af te koelen.
