The Spa could be better. 1. The tiles are lethal - they seem to have forgotten to order non-slip tiles. 2. The rooftop pool would be amazing if it were heated properly. It’s apparently 32 but it’s way too cold to enjoy.

Wow!!!! It doesn't get any better than this!!! This is the top of the hotels

When you say fantasy hotel... this is the hotel!!! The restaurant staff in particular (our waiter, whose name I don't remember exactly, was probably from Slovenia) was so nice and helpful, the food was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing dinner!!!! There are no such talented chefs, each dish was a real work of art. The staff was really cordial, nice and interested. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed it so much that we will come again, especially on our next trip. Thank you very much for everything.

Great experience

Place is renovated in 2020. All brand new. Food is great, nothing to complain. Fresh fruits and juices in the morning etc. Views from the hotel, especially from the rooftop pool are amazing. Thank you for this experience Frau Bianca!

Perfect, luxury family run family hotel

An amazing, family run middle-sized luxury hotel. Recently renewed facilities. Very friendly place, perfect for family stays. Not cheap but delivers all that is promised. The food, the restaurant is excellent. The breakfast game is high quality and the dinner is Gault Millau quality.

A Gem am Ellmauer Tor

Simply outstanding What makes this place so unique is the natural kindness of its staff: devoted, professional and extremely helpful personalized service: The owners + staff go the extra mile extraordinary breakfast, they have it all, really amazing, nothing was missing there great dinner perfect rooms best view in town towards Wilder Kaiser very pet friendly place 100% satisfied I definitely recommend this stunning place. You feel like being at home Thank you to the whole team

2 star level sold as a 5 star hotel - a big mystery!

The view from the breakfast/dinner terrace over Wilder Kaiser.

- Completely outdated hotel with horrible furniture in rooms, worst beds and pillows we've ever seen in a hotel. Outdated bathrooms from the 90s. See pictures. - Extreme push to buy drinks every time we had a meal (which was included in the high price). For the diner meals, they stand at the entrance with a table with Prosecco or other drinks and ask: "May we offer you a drink"? Any visitor, would unterstand that the drink is "offered" for free, whereas you then find it on the invoice with €6,90 for a cheap prosecco... - Food was ok, presented as "gourmet" with lots of "espuma" on the dishes to make it look nice, but really nothing special in creativity or taste. - Staff doesn't know the basics, can't pronounce words describing the food presented at the "gourmet diner", (ie "Tzaziki") and are mostly trainees from the tourism school in their first year. For a five star hotel not acceptable. - Really bad live music with Lui Martin. Old style, no voice, no idea how to play the instrument. Loud till late. Nobody applauded. There was another guy playing a local instrument a few days before, he was great. - No dedicated concierge or personnel to park your car or to bring your luggage to the room, which for a 5-star hotel is absolutely a no go. - Massage was of very low quality. Spa area is small and outdates. Bioteich is very small and at times very crowded. - Even though the hotel is situated at the higher altitude on the hill, you can still hear the very busy street down the road, all the time. Extremely pricey for what it offers. The only positive is the location and view, but that is the amazing nature who provided that. The hotel owners are not investing in anything to provide the comfort that is expected at a 5 star but they happily charge high prices.

Rund um sehr gelungene Aufenthalt im Hotel das sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels. Nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten vollen Komfort. Der Frühstückstisch und das Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.

Wir hatten keinerlei Grund zur Beanstandung.

Familiengeführtes Hotel, frisch, zuvorkommend, persönlich. Fast ein bisschen familiär. Kaiserhof klingt nach altbackenem Flair - nein, das Hotel ist tatsächlich "superior" auf dem neuesten Stand.

Mein Aufenthalt im Kaiserhof war sensationell! Die Erwartungen wurden nicht nur erfüllt, sondern wurden weit übertroffen. Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage: Sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser von den meistern Zimmern, der Restaurant Terrasse und dem Roof-top Wellness Bereich. Außergewöhnlich guter und zuvorkommender Service, hervorragendes Essen und eine super Ausstattung des Hotels mit vielen kleinen Überraschungen. Highly recommended!
