Fantastic hotel.

The staff were great and always welcoming. The facilities, pool, relaxation room and breakfast/dinner was top notch. Check in was easy and a tour was provided to show around the hotel which was nice.

There was no mini bar in the room.

I would not seek to stay here again but all in all it was not unpleasant.

It is an ok..ish place....but that is it.

Our room was too cold for comfort.There seemed to be just one tepid radiator for a big room.

Phänomenal Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Service, sehr freundlichem Personal, wunderbares Essen und einer schönen Lage. Es gibt einfach nichts zu beanstanden. Ein Service den wir von euch Österreichern gewohnt sind und der bei uns in der Region wohl nie erreicht werden wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder und nochmals vielen dank für diese schönen Tage macht weiter so. Grüße aus Sachsen-Anhalt

świetny pokój- duży i wygodny, antresola dla dziecka. Czystość i miła obsługa- wysoki poziom, pyszne jedzenie /trochę dużo soli/ ale jakość na 5-jagnięcina, wołowina, przepyszne ryby, owoce morza i wyszukane desery....mniam. Dodatkowo lunch po nartach-również smaczny. Super jacuzzi i basen zewnętrzny z pięknym widokiem, świetny basen kryty, sauna-ciepło! Bardzo dobrze wyposażona sala fitness i dla dzieci sale zabaw. Cudowna sala do wypoczynku również z cudownym widokiem. Blisko do wyciągów, skibus przy hotelu. Parking podziemny. Hotel przy głównej drodze- ale bardzo cicho- stąd świetny dojazd. Naprawdę hotel super.

Super leuk en goed Hotel, met een heerlijk zwembad en Sauna gedeelte. Op de bovenste verdieping een fijne rustplaats en mooie uitkijk over het dal. Goed restaurant en heerlijk ontbijt.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Das Hotel und die Anlage ist wirklich Top und sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat, war dass Hunde mit zum essen gehen durften. Und das auf dem Zimmer auf für unseren Hunde was vorbereitet war (Handtuch zum abtrocknen, Schild für die Türe und Kot Beutel). Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und dann auch die tolle Pools ausprobieren.

Das Zimmer war leider für uns 3 und Hund ziemlich eng und klein. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein (viel Staub in den Ecken und Snacks vom Gast davor entdeckt)

Einfach ein schöner Urlaub mit der Familie

Für uns als Familie hat alles gepasst, für die Kinder gab's genug Spielmöglichkeiten, was ich persönlich sehr gut empfunden habe, eben auch bei Schlechtwetter. Die Lage ist sowieso TOP. Essen war sehr gut, genauso wie das Frühstück.

Sehr gut weiterzuempfehlen.

Überragender Wellness und Ruhebereich. Sehr viel Varianten und sogar ein Kälte/Schneeraum. Der Chef pflegt den Kontakt zu den Gästen sehr aktiv. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, viel Holz.

Ein großer Teil der Angebote bei Spiel und Spaß ist nicht kostenlos. Meist kostes es 1€/Spiel.

Un hôtel fabuleux au milieu des montagnes

L'hôtel est très propre et très bien équipé avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Que ce soit pour les enfants ou les adultes. Nous avons très bien mangés avec des repas copieux et variés. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la nature. Nous avons passés un fabuleux séjour grâce aux personnels très agréable. Nous le recommandons vivement !

La seule chose qui pourrait être amélioré ceux sont les cocktails qui manquent de saveur et de fraîcheur.

Ein sehr erholsames verlängertes Wochenende

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr netten, aufmerksamen Personal. Frühstücksbuffet und Menü beim Abendessen ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unterbringung mit Hund war kein Problem. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
