The location is ideally located, close to both Elmau and Kitzbhuel. There are ski lifts within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast is filling and plentiful. The staff were welcoming and very happy to help. The hotel was very clean and spacious.

Super object, super service solution.

The Service was exzellent, the way how the owner propose the selfservice ideal. All available for family stay. Breakfast buffet extra, as well the service you can take from fridges. All you need available, drinks and food. You note what you take and pay after you stay. Super solution.

The rooms in the basement are nice and large, however they don’t have daily light. If you would like to see the sun or weather, you have to leave the building. When you book a room ,please ask 1st floor.

Beautiful eco friendly on an amazing spot right opposite the Wilder Kaiser

It’s a really nice (modern) traditional tyrolean hotel that focuses on ecofriendly and sustainable tourism. There were lots of self service elements that we found a little bit confusing in the beginning (mostly due to our limited German), but once we figured it out we loved it! And the breakfast was just amazing - so many fresh choices! Loved it!

We would have appreciated that information (about the hotel as well as about the area in general) was provided in other languages as well.

Location of the hotel is very good, in a quiet village with great view on mountains. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and on a nice terrace. Free fresh water and coffee available all the time where welcome.

Reception was closed on Sunday, so it took us time to find contact person, register and get the key. We would prefer to have breakfast earlier to go to mountains asap.

Small and quiet hotel on the edge of Ellmau, with some great facilities. very enjoyable stay.

Very clean, very comfortable, great breakfast, good location for lifts (2 mins walk) and skibus (stops outside hotel). Free water and hot drinks in the evening and honesty system for snacks. Free curling on-site and free use of sledge for nearby toboggan run (great fun, take time to do it)! Skiroom with heated boot racks.

Reception only open till 11.30am although were on call throughout the day if needed. Management chatted to most other guests (mainly Austrian/German) but did not approach us at all not even just to say hi or ask how we were. Didn’t detract from stay but would have been a nice touch. spoke very good English when needed on last day fro checkout.

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, even those with allergies. It was great that they kept it open to everyone in the afternoon so you could grab snacks :)

FELL COMFORTABLE LIKE HOME

Everything was just perfect! I would stay there 10 times more, if I had the chance. The common area was so comfortable... we felt like home! We didn't even want to go out to have dinner. Everything was very clean and organised. The crystal glasses were perfectly illustrated . And the music? Best playlist ever! And the breakfast was the best I've had in years. Do yourself a favor, and stay at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience!

Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr nette Leute, viel Vertrauen (Selbstzahlsystem!), toller Aufenthaltsraum, guter Ski- und Trockenraum

Etwas kleine Zimmer, beim Pilgerzimmer war das vorher schon klar und auch okay, das Dreierzimmer war aber auch etwas klein, insgesamt ist das aber kaum eine Schmälerung in einem wirklich schönen, guten Hotel

Hochwertiges familienfreundliches Hotel mit regionalen Angeboten

Das Konzept ist super. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigens Kühlschrankfach und man kann im Speiseraum zu Abend essen, nutzen von Geschirr und Besteck und der Abwasch wird durch das Hotel übernommen. Außerdem werden regionale Wurst und Käse angeboten und Tee und Kaffee ist auch immer vorhanden. Besonders für Familien ist das eine tolle Sache.

Als Alleinreisende war es durch die vielen Familien mit Kindern sehr wuselig, das muss man sich dann überlegen, aber insgesamt eine tolles Hotel

Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin werde ich dem Hotel bestimmt wieder einen Besuch abstatten.

Es war eine Super Lage . Mann konnte alles gut erreichen . Ein sehr gutes Frühstück .

Ich hab gewusst das es m Keller war ,aber das es so dunkel und nur einen Kellerschacht als Fenster hat war mit nicht bewusst. Das möchte ich nicht mehr haben . Aber das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön .
