Best Hotel Ever! One of my favourite place!

1) Stunning and Amazing Views, Room is perfect! 2) Staff are very kind, always smiling and helpful 3) Breakfast Buffet is superb and excellent, a lot of choices. Dinner is also very good especially Grill Buffet 4) Very relaxing, I slept deep and very well. 5)Tennis Heaven!

Did the job for a last minute short ski trip

location close to train station is ideal for short ski trip. Breakfast good but wouldn’t do full board. Rooms and hotel clean and staff pleasant

Great hotel in Brixen

Great location, with the Ski bus right for the door and If there is enough snow you can take the Tanzer Abfart back which ends right in front of the hotel. Friendly welcome, great breakfast and diner. The room keycard is used for everything, also it's scanned every time for drinks. Ski locker room was new and spacious.

Bathroom was small and the bed was very hard.

Wonderful hotel with great views and facilities. SPA was excellent with 5 types of Sauna very clean , with no limited towels, different types of drinking water and sufficient big pool also and jakuzi.

Nice hotel, a bit too expensive for what you get

The location is nice if you have a car, although there is a train station really close too. However we really liked the location, the hotel is big and the breakfast was amazing. I think I would stay here again.

wellness area with finish sauna with huge glass wall, icelake temperature pool and cozy relax area with fire place. Dinners with option: meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan and still lots of appetizers, deserts and ice cream to pick. superb ski depot. professional and nice staff everywhere.

Ski weekend in Brixen

Our family suite was spacious and well maintained. The daily breakfast and pre-fix dinner options were an excellent value. The dinner options varied each night and were filling after a long day on the slopes.

The provided pillows were flat and offered no support for the neck. When requested, we were provided one additional small pillow per guest. Our room had very high ceilings and thus it didn't hold heat well. At breakfast and dinner buffets, warm items were not replenished. Make sure you arrive to meal service early to have full selection of offerings.

From A to Z and from left to right this is a fantastic hotel! It is perfectly clean and superbly organised.Breakfast,wif,spa and pool ,cleaness are spotless and its proximity to slopes with ski bus at the doorstep and possibility to ski down the Tanzer slope down to the 50m away from the door of ski room of the hotel.

Overall very relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel was very clean throughout and the staff were very helpful. I especially liked the way the room keycard is scanned every time for drinks etc. so no unexpected bill at checkout. The spa area was great as was the ski locker room. Breakfast was superb, everything you would want with fresh omelette cooked to your taste.

I was told I couldn’t order a drink from the bar because it was 10.05pm so I can only assume the bar closed at 10.00pm? It would have been nice if asked if I wanted another drink before they closed.

Breakfast was fantastic! Fresh scrambled eggs, fresh juices, fresh fruit and yogurt. Couldn't ask for more variety!

A great hotel for either being active or relaxing.

Excellent breakfast selection with everything you could want. Staff very helpful, especially on check in where everything was explained about the hotel and how to get the most out of the facilities. Definitely recommend getting the cable car multi day ticket (use the guest discount card too available at reception) the access this gives you to so many of the mountains in the area is fantastic. Perfect for walkers or climbers of every ability. Wetsendorf a favourite cable car station and only a five minute drive or one stop on the train.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel

Ich bin von diesem Hotel sehr begeistert. Hätte ich früher gewusst, dass es die Tennisschule im Hotel gibt, die auch im Winter aktiv tätig ist… Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre herrscht im Haus, das Team ist freundlich, Bergbahn nicht weit weg vom Hotel. Abendessen hervorragend. Die Spa Zone mit einem Schwimmbad ist parat, ein kleines Fitnessstudio war für mich auch von nutzen. Man wird tagsüber in diesem Hotel beschäftigt sein, falls man das wünscht. Alles war super.

Die fehlerhafte Dichtung in der Dusche hat ein kleines bisschen genervt, sonst nichts.

Super freundliches Personal, familiengeführt. Das Frühstück sehr gut,lässt keine Wünsche offen.Das Abendessen war gut,aber nicht speziell. Personal immer sehr freundlich. Auch die Suppen mittags super praktisch und freundlich. Schwimmbad innen und außen perfekt. Die Tennis Möglichkeiten sehen super aus,wir hatten leider aber nichts dabei

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit allem drum und dran

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich und herzlich Begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles nur erdenkliche. Das Abendessen ist echt der Wahnsinn. Großes Lob an die Küche. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool.

Das Einzelzimmer war von der Möblierung schon ziemlich alt. Dafür war der Zimmerpreis sehr günstig.

Ja, hat schon gepasst.

Gute Erreichbarkeit von Zug und zum Ziel. Das Frühstücksbüfett war echt fein! Es hat gemundet! Bonus: ein Balkon. Die Wellnessanlage wäre sicher fein gewesen, wenn man bei einer Nacht zwischen möglichen Einchecken können und Auschecken müssen Zeit gehabt hätte. Man bleibt ja so nichtmal acht Stunden in Hotel. Das ist schon eine interessante Überlegung.

Das Zimmer hat mich doch sehr irritiert, verwundert. Es war ein „Katzenzimner“ (in Anlehnung an den Katzentisch). Wie Harry Potters Zimmer unter der Stiege, ein, ob des geringen Raumes, ausgeklügeltes Winkel/Eckzimmer. Ebenso scheint man mit einem Alleinreisenden im Frühstücksraum etwas überfordert, also in den Nebenraum mit diesem Gast. Das stört mich nicht so recht, aber es ist spürbar und irritierend: „Wohin mit ihm?“ Und ich kann natürlich verstehen, dass man eine Einzelperson nicht an einen großen Tisch alleine setzt. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich auf Einzelgäste ebenso gut vorbereiten würde, wie auf Paare oder Familien/Gruppen. Da könnte man sich als Alleinreisender fast als Exot vorkommen.

Voor herhaling vatbaar maar met een vernieuwde keuken.

Vriendelijk personeel, propere en moderne kamers, goed onderhouden tennisterreinen, luxueus sauna-complex

Het avondeten was beneden alle peil en zijn huidige score niet waard. Zeker niet voor kinderen. Het verplicht naakte saunacomplex is niet afgeschermd en dus kan iedereen zomaar naar binnen kijken. Zelfs van op het balkon van de kamer.

Für uns war es ein gelungener Mädelsurlaub!

das Zimmer war sehr klein für 4 Personen und zur Straße , somit auch recht laut! Auf dem Zusatzbett Couch schläft man nicht wirklich gut! Frühstück war o,k, -Croissant waren öfter aus, aber es wurden dann noch welche gebacken! Abendessen dürfte geschmacklich besser sein!

Der Whirlpool im Schwimmbadbereich ( rund) ust zu kalt! Schwimmbad und Saunabereich sind schön! Auch der Getränkewürfel und die Snacks im Saunabereich hat uns gefallen!

Super Hotel mit einem großen Manko

Alles in allem wirklich toll, Service unglaublich gut, Essen toll, Zimmer sehr sauber und Wellness Bereich auch hervorragend. Lage auch wunderbar zum Wandern

Leider ein Minuspunkt der dafür sorgen wird dass ich trotz allen positiven Punkten nicht wiederkommen werde ist dass mein Zimmer unglaublich laut war, morgens ab spätestens 6 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken und das ist meiner Meinung nach im Urlaub nicht vertretbar auch wenn sonst alles toll war. Es gibt wohl schallisolierte Zimmer, die zum einen deutlich teurer sind, zum anderen sollten auch nicht-schallisolierte Zimmer einen nicht die ganze Nacht vom Schlafen abhalten..
