decent stay, but no more...

Clean.

No minibar in the room, which is quite strange for a 4* hotel priced at over 200 euro/night... Very poor quality of the mattress (to soft) and also of the sheets. Furniture is old and can harm you if you do not pay attention. Extremely poor quality of the breakfast, very few choices to make and zero pastry. Everything looked rather a 3* than a 4* hotel, which was rather disappointing.

A memorable week in Westendorf.

We had a wonderful five days skiing in Westendorf and Hotel Bichlingerhof was the perfect place to base ourselves. Our room was an excellent size, lovely and clean, toasty warm, with a great shower (a priority after a day on the mountain!) and beautiful views. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with lots of tasty options. We didn't have a car but found we didn't need one; we caught the train from Innsbruck to Westendorf, and during our stay we walked everywhere - it's just a short walk from the hotel into the town centre, or to the ski field.

We stayed in the new side of the hotel, and while the room was lovely and very clean, it felt quite stark. It would've been a nice touch to have some home comforts - e.g. tea and coffee making facilities.

Keine 4 Sterne Ambiente und keine Tirolische Atmosphäre aber sehr teuer!!!

Sehr nette ausländische Personal und Sauna waren sehr gut.

Wir sind mit kleinem Hund gekommen und wir müssen 18 Euro pro Nacht extra bezahlen (Versteckte Kosten) und wir dürfen mit Hund in der Hotelrestaurant am Abend nicht speisen!!! Leider der Hotel Besitzer Herr Michael Hollaus war sehr unfreundlich und wir haben "müssen "bei der Konkurrenz-Restaurant 50meter nebenbei (wo wir herzlich willkommen waren) fantastisches Abendessen genießen!

Das Frühstück war mit Ausnahme des Kaffees sehr gut und vielseitig. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Aktive empfehlenswert.

Traumhafter viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Hotel in herrlicher Umgebung

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Eine Wohlfühloase. Der Empfang ist überaus nett. Die Zimmer außergewöhnlich gross und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich komme sicher wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Nah genug für jeden freien Tag

Wir hatten ein tolles Angebot für eine Übernachtung, Preis - Leistung topp; sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon, gemütliche Betten; ein Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
