The corridore on the 4th floor is not smooth for luggage pulling and u have multiple steps so u need to lift each buggage.

High quality establishment with excellent, friendly staff and great views. Generous accommodation, finished and maintained to a high standard. Our experience of the catering was limited to breakfast but that was very good and there is every reason the believe that other meals would be just as good.

„Wir haben ausdrücklich eine Familienunterkunft im Hotel gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Stattdessen wurde uns ein Apartment in einem separaten Nebengebäude zugewiesen, bestehend aus zwei voneinander getrennten Zimmern – also weder in der gebuchten Kategorie noch in der zugesagten Lage im Hotel. Die Inhaber zeigten keinerlei Entgegenkommen, waren wenig freundlich und haben das Thema schlicht ignoriert, anstatt den offensichtlichen Fehler einzugestehen oder sich zumindest zu entschuldigen. Wenn man ein extern gelegenes Apartment als Hotelzimmer verkauft, sollte man Verantwortung übernehmen. Grundsätzlich hätten wir Anspruch auf eine Wertminderung bzw. Schadenersatz, aber wir möchten uns nicht weiter damit beschäftigen. Für uns bleibt es daher bei diesem einen Besuch.

Die zugesagte Leistung wurde nicht erbracht; damit wurde der Vertrag im Wesentlichen nicht erfüllt.

Super lage, wirklich gutes essen, und schone zimmer!! Mega freundliches personal und Eigentümer.

W-lan war sehr langsam, normal überhaupt kein Problem, aber weil mein handynetz vor ort im zimmer auch slecht war hält ein bischen schade.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Könnte auch für einen Sommerurlaub passen.

Gute Lage, 10 Minuten von der Alpenrosenbahn. Bus nach Brixen direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr schönes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abwechslungsreiches Abendessen. Freundliches Personal. Der Chef des Hauses war mehrmals zu Besuch.

Temperatur des Bades war für unseren Geschmack zu tief.
