nice hotel, more suited to families with young children due to the all inclusive nature, which was not made very clear in the booking.com descriptions. there is a ski bus to the mountain; otherwise you are trapped in the hotel unless you have a car. walking distance to a few restaurants, which are nice, but there is not really a local village to speak of. not much local charm within the hotel
Management makes NO accommodation outside of your booking. We had friends staying in the Kaiser Lodge and there was ZERO flexibility with the meal accommodations between the Hotel and The Lodge so keep that in mind if you think you can have breakfast or dinner with friends / family staying in the other half of the property.
