Stunning views, friendly staff, loved our stay in this comfortable hotel

Stunning views from our balcony, very friendly staff, spotlessly clean and very comfortable room. We used the restaurant for dinner and found that to be very good too. Excellent choice for breakfast

Slightly awkward when you are not on the half board basis as it is a bit unclear where you should sit for breakfast if a coach party is in residence.

We spent only one night there and it was sufficient for this purpose. However, it would be too small for four people to spend there more time. There was only small space around beds and not much storage space.

The kitchen equipment was chaotic - there were many things that were not necessary for common use but there were no spoons. There was only small space around beds and not much storage space for more people. There were only three chairs at the table but the apartment was stated for four people.

Exceptional

Very cosy family-run hotel with really warm, helpful and welcoming owners. During the last months the owners renovated many rooms and also the restaurant looks nicer than the pictures. Food was cooked by the owner himself and was really delicious. The sportive ski pistes from Niederau are on walking distance and the ski area of Auffach-Alpbach is only a couple of minutes by skibus away.

Good Hotel pleasant helpful owner, clean comfortable good value for money , breakfast sufficient

I got there late but the owner was there and very helpful. Stayed open and had a drink with me which was very appreciated. Room was nice great view in the morning , were very welcoming to my dog.

The breakfast could have been better with a selection of hot food as well as just cold. They were however able to make me an omelette. Would have liked Bacon and small sausages

The room was quite nice and big, they brouht us an extra bed for my baby:) the location is ok but far from all,,,

The breakfast was very poor, very! The room was not cheap they could give more choice of food. The breakfast is finished at 9:30 we came at 9 and allmost all was empty. I was very dissapointed and wet to eat somewhere else

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Kulanz wegen Tiefgarage

Leider sehr hellhörig. Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes (1 Nacht) leider eine sehr laute Faschingsparty in der Dorfstubn, durch überall geöffnete Türen war es auch im Hotelzimmer sehr laut bis 22 Uhr, was es für Kinder schwierig gemacht hat, einzuschlafen. Die Faschingsgäste sind dann eben auch lautstark über die Flure gelaufen.

Gezellig hotel en goed ontbijtbuffet

Gezellig hotel op loopafstand van skiliften. We hebben ook lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Ondanks dat er beneden een carnavalsfeest was, hebben we heerlijk rustig geslapen!

Het skigebied van Niederau is wat klein voo gevorderde skiërs. Met de skibus naar Auffach biedt meer mogelijkheden.

Tolles familiäres Hotel in schönem Ort

Schönes Hotel ,ausgesprochen nette Mitarbeiter und Besitzerfamilie , Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen , Dampfbad und Infrarot komfortabel. Essen sehr lecker.

Das Skigebiet in Niederau ist recht klein , wir sind ca20 Minuten nach Auffach gefahren . Die Verbindung ist etwas mühsam und die Pisten doch für weniger geübte Fahrer doch recht anspruchsvoll.
