Very comfortable and beautiful flat in a beautiful village.

This flat is very beautiful. The bathrooms and decor are of very top standard. It could be described as luxurious. Brilliant hot water and pressure, beautiful and large bathrooms. Comfortable beds, and fresh, new bedding and towels. Everything was of an extremely high standard. The on site free sauna was of a high standard and an extra perk which was fun to use. The location of the flat, very close to a good supermarket and in Westendorf was beautiful and very convenient. Great location.

The kitchen area was a little small and made cooking a little tricky. I think this flat is designed more for eating out than cooking in. Although its possible to cook, its a little tight on space. Especially compared to the rest of the flat which is large and roomy. Indeed, some basic cooking equipment was missing. I had to send messages to reception to get a chopping board and tin opener. A chopping board appeared, but unfortunately they never got me a tin opener, said they didn't have one, so I had an unopened tin I coulnd't use. This service didn't match how fantastic the rest of the flat was. Why didn't they just go and get one and provide one for the flat when a guest asks? Seems standard to me.

Our stay at the apartment was simply wonderful. The location was fantastic, and we were delighted by the apartment's cleanliness and it was well-equipped. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and even helped us with an early check-in. A truly enjoyable experience!

Clean , well furnished apartment BUT, sits on a noisy busy street

There was no pictures on booking.com for the view from the balcony so my expectations were different since the name was “Mountain View’s”. It does have a view on the mountains (only from the sides). The main negative for me is the fact that it was on the main road of the village. So cars, buses and trucks pass by continuously. Even at night. It was very very noisy. When I wanted to relax in the balcony in the afternoon I couldn’t. But worse than that was the night time. I could not sleep because of the noise. The room windows did a very good job in blocking the noise. But it was too hot during my stay I had to choose between the sleeping in the hot weather (if I close the windows ) or waking up every few minutes (if I open them) because of the notoriously noisy street. This pretty much ruined my sleep Keep this in your mind if you are traveling in the summer months. Everything else was good otherwise

Veey nice apartment, very good location but need to fix the small things to make the stay more comfortable.

Not enough towels and they were very small No instructions on what to do with the rubbish Not enough toilet roll for five people Only one tea towel Extortionate cleaning charge at €120 We asked at start of holiday for details of how to book horse and cart ride but never came back to us A bath would have been nice in main bathroom rather than two showers it was an apartment that slept six people so not quite sure why we charged an extra €75 for a child to sleep on a sofa bed when we were in total only five anyway

Property is conveniently located. East walk to the 2 supermarkets in Westendorf, restaurants and to the chairlift. Bus stop is just across the road for ski bus and regional buses. Property is clean and spacious.

For long stays, weekly cleaning and change of towels etc should be offered.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were an extended family of 5 getting together for Christmas, and the apartment met our needs perfectly. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, but we also had a great common space with a fully equipped kitchen. The place was beautiful, modern, very clean and conveniently located. The host was welcoming. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Proximity to the lifts and centrally located in village, close to all amenities Our host and staff were very friendly and accommodating, any request was efficiently dealt with.

Family members were staying in the lovely, spacious penthouse apartment , and with a huge balcony it was ideal for all of us to enjoy a drink or meal and appreciate the wonderful views. An awning cover would have enabled us to sit outside on the balcony when the rain started but that's the only thing the apartment lacked. We all hope to return to Westendorf and we highly recommend our accommodation

Nothing was a problem, any request was completed. Even in the restaurant something not on the menu was cooked. Accomadation new, modern and functional.

There was nothing we didnt like, David took care of every request with care and attention.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Mountainview Apartments. De locatie van het appartement was top: middenin het centrum van Westendorf en op loopafstand van de pistes. Het appartement zelf was ruim, comfortabel en schoon. De douches waren heerlijk en de bedden lagen goed. Ik zou hier zeker nogmaals verblijven!

De uitrusting van de keuken was minimaal. Glazen, bestek etc. was net voldoende, maar dit zou wat ons betreft iets meer mogen zodat je niet na elke maaltijd hoeft af te wassen.
