Staff were friendly, very clean, and close to most everything you might need.

Breakfast was good, we didn't like that it was a mandatory part of your stay, but it was convenient. Location was good, however the closest lift was the bunny hill, but it was easy to get one of to the main gondolas in Westindorf from the top of that lift.

Probably poor planning on our part. Don't try to get a taxi from the train station on the day of the Hahnenkamm! It was a long walk in the ice and snow hauling your gear! Lesson learned!

A very enjoyable stay at a great little hotel

The staff were the biggest positive. Friendly, helpful and responsive in all cases

Very small suggestions (personal) Could the sauna be available a little earlier than 16-00 Could there be an egg station for fresh omelettes at breakfast Could there be fresh fruit rather than tinned to have with yoghurt etc.

A disappointing hotel in an amazing village.

Comfortable bed, quality of the breakfast

The dark and uninspiring decor especially in the dining room. Only 1 chair on the balcony. The compulsory breakfast even though we booked a room without breakfast.

Perfect location and comy stay.

Everything was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Daniela. The bed was very comfortable and everything was new and modern after a complete renovation. Lovely pool and wellness area. Highly recommend.

You have to have breakfast which is charged for separately. Not good if you like to fast in the morning.

Lovely friendly place to stay

we had a lovely room suite, beds were comfortable.

We had the luxury of a large flat screen in both the main living space and also in the bedroom. I know it's only a small thing, but there was no English speaking channels, not even bbc world news. So if you choose this hotel and after being out all day, and just fancy chilling in your room, take adaption required to enable you to connect into your TV subscription from phone or pads to the TV screen

Comfortable hotel in the heart of the village

The location is perfect, close to the ski lift, in the heart of the center. The rooms are comfi, you can see it has had an upgrade. The lounge downstairs is a nice place to hang out.

The breakfast buffet is a bit small, while everybody has breakfast at the same time, hard to pass each orher

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff

Very friendly staff and owners. Nice lobby where you could sit and play a game at a table with the kids. At arrival at 10 AM we could already enter our rooms.

At the hotel we also booked for dnner. It was 15 euro pppd which sounds reasonable. But the main coarse was mediocre. The live music on Wednesday is terrible.

Heel prettige sfeer in dit hotel, ruim opgezet, prettig personeel behulpzaam,aardig. Heerlijk restaurant,de kamer ruim en keurig en schoon. En de locatie, het was super,1om naar terug te gaan.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Sehr kleine Zimmer zur belebten Hauptstraße gerichtet. Obwohl keine Heizung angeschaltet war, war das Zimmer so warm, dass wir - trotz des Straßenlärms - mit offenen Fenstern schlafen mussten. Um sechs Uhr begannen dann zudem die Glocken der gegenüber liegenden Kirche viertelstündlich zu schlagen, so dass die Nacht ziemlich unruhig verlief.

Das Hotel hat alle Wünsche erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Super Hotel, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, die Ausstattung im Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Bademantel mit Schlappen für den Wellness Bereich. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Wenn es was zu „bemängeln“ gibt, dann „nur“ eine Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück. Sonst alles top.

Es gibt hauptsächlich niederländische TV Sender. Bademäntel waren in Einheit Größe. Passten dann nicht. Sehr warm im Zimmer , keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer an der Hauptstraße, also laut. In der Bar gibt es nur am Samstag Cocktails. Parkplatz nicht am Hotel.

Schönes Hotel.

Leider war ich zufällig während des Dorffestes da- es war somit sehr laut bis in die Nacht. Die Betten sind sehr weich - für mich zu weich.
