Good location, very clean and modern facilities. Good breakfast and really nice restaurant

These are fine points but a choice of plumper pillows would have been good, provision of some facility to make a tea or coffee before breakfast opened would have been welcomed and the only way to effectively mange the night time temperature was to leave the balcony door open

Overall nice but the bed and lack of air con didn’t make the good night’s sleep guaranteed.

Stunning setting. Nice grounds. Big balcony and decent bathroom. Breakfast was simple but good choices.

No air con in the rooms so you needed to keep a window open at night. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were poor quality.

Everything!! Room was quite spacious with a nice balcony and fantastic view! Bathroom was spacious with nice walk-in shower. Staff was wonderful!! On site restaurant was outstanding (staff was incredible!!) Plenty of parking. Location was great!

Magnificent Views from Your Balcony

Excellent location just above the village of Soll which was within easy walking distance along a very picturesque trail. Beautiful views of the mountains. Great location for Kufstein Fortress, Hintersteiner Lake and Wilder Kaiser mountain range. Lovely to just sit on the balcony and take in the magnificent views.

There was nothing we did not like - it was a fantastic hotel which exceeded all our expectations. I was not keen on the Saunagarten as I was not used to engaging with a nudist area. Would have probably used if a costume could have been worn.

An outstanding family run hotel with great facilities and helpful friendly staff.

The hotel is located on the edge of the town of Soll, an easy walk to the centre with shops and restaurants. The ski bus starts and finishes outside the front door and departs very punctually every 30 minutes. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and variety day to day. The in-house restaurant is similarly priced to other restaurants in town and prepares Austrian and Italian dishes to a high standard. We had a family room which was huge! A small separate bunk room, and a large bed/sitting room with a split-mattress king size bed, sofa and arm chair. A small balcony looked out onto a mountain view. The sauna, steam room and plunge pool is an excellent facility, clean and beautifully presented. Be warned, it is a nude area, so not for the prudish or shy! There is a substantial area for ski and boot storage.

Such a large bedroom can feel a little cold and towel rails were not heated so it was a bit tricky drying skiwear and feeling cosy.

It was OK for 2 days, but you'll most likely get more for the buck elsewhere

The breakfast was probably the best. Beautiful view from the balcony, nice shower, and fun mini golf area.

A limited reception availability (mornings and afternoons with an extended lunch break) does not really fit into my expectations of a 4 star hotel. The room was brutally warm, like unbearably hot (and I don't know how this should work in the Summer without an AC), and unfortunately they did not manage to get it to a normal temperature (we suspect this is excess heat from either the bathroom or the sauna area). Finally, wifi connection was extremely poor, although I could see the access point in the sealing), so this is really not the place to conduct workation.

Exceptional

Very large room and also what has surprised me, the wardrobe was made out of real wood. Very nice bathroom and the top is spa and sauna area including the little lake. Just fantastic for the relaxation after the long hike.

Only wifi. It is very weak in the room and when I have asked why, the reception excused it is provider issue. True is that that wifi is weak very often in Austrian hotels.

It was very expensive for the quality. The accommodation was new and clean, but the pricing was more in line with a 4+Star hotel especially since the hotel shares facilities with the camping ground. There is one coffee/Tea machine in the breakfast room which causes long waiting times.

A very nice hotel with a lovely sauna and steam room with outside pool. Rooms very large and nicely decorated with a good balcony. Breakfast all good. Well placed for the town and skiing and walking areas
