Home away from home !

Very nicely managed property - with great breakfast room. Beautiful view of mountains from the bedroom window and extremely close to one of the ski lifts from SKIWELT. It was perfect set up for me and I really enjoyed my stay. Eva and Josef are very nice and helpful owners. I hope to stay here again !

Mid level quality but noisy and needs dark curtains .

Very good breakfast and very pleasant lady that attends and helps you lovely.

Too much noise from a road just in front where cars and trucks go at high speed and too much light after sunrise at 6am because there are NOT dark curtains. We have to put blankets and duvets on the windows. Poor quality of towels. We reserved for 6 nights but we had to change to another hotel due to the noise and morning light and then we had to pay 20% more for staying less than 4 nights.

Delightful

Clean and comfortable room with large balcony, splendid views, and great breakfast in a friendly family farm setting.

The use of fabric softener on the bed sheets. Some folks (like me) are allergic to such fabric softeners and the perfumes they usually contain. So use dryer balls instead. They also save money and are easier on the environment.

Gasthaus Holzl ligt in het dorpje Itter, in de regio Tirol, vlak bij het bekende skigebied SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. Ligging: Rustige, authentieke dorpslocatie met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Skiën & wandelen: Dicht bij liften en wandelroutes – ideaal voor zowel winter- als zomervakantie. Kamers: Eenvoudig, traditioneel Tirools ingericht, schoon en functioneel. Sfeer: Persoonlijk, kleinschalig en zeer gastvrij! Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Gasthaus Holzl ademt de warme, traditionele sfeer van Tirol. Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt voel je je welkom. De gastvrijheid is oprecht en persoonlijk – je bent hier geen kamernummer, maar echt te gast. Iedereen krijgt aandacht op zijn / haar eigen manier. Zeer behulpzaam bij keuze restaurants ( en het reserveren hiervan) of advies t.b.v. artsen e.d. De kamers zijn netjes, schoon en typisch Oostenrijks ingericht. Geen overbodige luxe, maar precies wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. En dat uitzicht op de bergen… elke ochtend wakker worden met die frisse berglucht is puur genieten.

De kamers zijn vrij eenvoudig en wat gedateerd. Hoewel dat een authentieke uitstraling kan hebben, oogde het interieur hier en daar wat verouderd. De badkamer was klein en miste modern comfort.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Eva, sie ist einfach mega freundlich und eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet "Lecker und frisch". Absolut Empfelenswert, werden sicher wieder kommen.

Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire EVA qui est toujours aux petits soins pour ses clients Chambre, salle de bain, très communs très propres. Le petit déjeuner est grandiose avec des produits frais et faits maison dans un local magnifique. Bravo et merci pour tout! Je recommande cet hébergement sans aucune réserve.

Supervakantie

De gastvriendelijkheid en de rust die de mensen uitstralen. De tijd die ze zich nemen om tips te geven waar je goed kunt eten en waar je leuke dinge kunt zien. Het ontbijt was altijd genoeg en lekker. Veel dingen zoals brood, jam en honing maken ze zelf. Het totaalpakket was gewoon perfect.

Die Lage war sehr zentral für Ausflüge aller Art. Ein kleines öffentliches Bad ist 500 m entfernt.

Leider keine Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen im Garten. War nur auf dem Balkon möglich.

Heerlijke plek om te vertoeven.

Erg mooi appartement. Veel aanwezig qua bestek enz. Schoon en super behulpzame eigenaar.

1 min punt waren de bedden, deze kraakte behoorlijk en de matrassen zijn goed gebruikt waardoor er een kuil in het midden is ontstaan. Niets ernstigs.

ontbijt was super, mevrouw is zeer goede gastvrouw lekker huiselijk en je mag gezellig in de ontbijtruimte s'avonds samen zitten voor een spel of iets dergelijks 2 minuten met de auto en je bent bij dalstation Itter
