Skiing holiday

The best about this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, the owner makes sure everyone is looked after. Great location. Big room, comfortable, clean. Pool, sauna, steam fantastic after day skiing. Close to several ski resorts, some slopes directly opposite. Good food served at dinner with choice of main. We had great time and will likely come back again.

Overall it was ok, but we will not return here.

We had a nice room, clean bathroom, a fridge and a nice balcony. Diner was oke and staff was friendly. Small ski area, skibus and parking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast (till 9u30) was terrible. The eggs had no taste, not enough bread for all the guests, bad coffee, no fresh fruit, cereals were stale and not crispy. Every morning the same toppings. There was a building site next to the hotel, so at 7hr already awake by the noise. The bed for our daughter was not made up when we arrived. As it was a sofa-bed for one person it was not so comfortable. Hotel could use a modernization, some parts were old and outdated.

Over all, a good stay.

The room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space. It had a good shower and nice balcony. Also had a fridge and safe.

Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Nothing cooked except scrambled or boiled eggs. Dinner was limited on choice. Same salad every night. Just the one soup and one desert every night. Take it or leave it. Choice of 3 mains, which were fine. The staff were miserable and only spoke if spoken to.

Very good location 10 min. by car to Hopfgarten station. Clean, warm and large rooms. Warm water in the swimming pool.

Very poor breakfast. Drinks with dinner more expensive than on the slopes. Bad Wi-Fi connection. There is no separate section for relaxing in the sauna, noisy and running children. Not cleared of snow in the parking lot.

Awsome!

The Hotel was overall very good. We had a half board package and at first we were a little concerned about the quality of the food. It was an nice surprise to find that not only the food was of very good quality, but also the staff was very accommodating of our needs. Breakfast was very good, and dinner was varied and of excellent quality and taste. The timings were a little restricted, but this is due to the pandemic, and we cannot blame the hotel for that. The staff of the restaurant was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. It was our daughter´s birthday and we asked for cake. The chef was more than happy to prepare a customized cake for her, on the size and flavor we asked. And it was delicious! the hotel is a family business and the boss was always around, specially during dinner, interacting with the guests and making us feel home. We do plan to come back next season!

The elevator was a bit weird - one has to go through the restaurant to reach the rooms from the lobby, but not really an issue. The only real issue was the internet, which was slow and unstable, dropping frequently and requiring one to reconnect many times.

This family run hotel is wonderful: location is exceptional, the views are breathtaking, facilities are great, staff is very helpful. The owner's daughter Emily speaks perfect English and always happy to help with anything! Thank you, we will be back!

Warm room. Bad wifi.

+ Quiet area + Quiet hotel (we were in a new part of the hotel) + Very clean and warm room (everyday cleaning) + Nice sauna room + Warm water in the pool + Close to the bus stop

- The Old part of the hotel smells bad. - Have to search for hotel's manager/workers because there is none at reception desk. - Bad wifi connection. - Breakfast was not tasty. Drinks that present juice had synthetic flavour. - A bit far from the grocery shop and restaurants (by foot). - Parking is not safe: back of our car were damaged.

Het kleine gebied blijft de hele dag mooi een hele grote groep gaat naar een groter gebied wat drukker is en daardoor de piste minder snel goed blijven

Chaotische Organisation, Personal überfordert, Zimmer nicht geputzt, Wellnessbereich stinkt, mangelnde Hygiene, Rechnung nicht möglich, weil Drucker defekt…. Zimmer wurden vorgefunden wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.

Das Hotel, Wellness, Fitness und das Essen waren sehr gut, die Zimmer waren alt und abgewohnt.

Der Wellnessbereich war spitze. 👍 Tolle Saunalandschaft und 2 Becken zum schwimmen. Auch der Fitnessbereich war neu und modern.🙂 Das Essen (HP) war gut und ausreichend.

Die Zimmer waren alt, abgewohntes Möbel und die Matratzen von dem Bett waren viel zu weich. Das Badezimmer war alt und die Amaturen wacklig...

preisgünstiges Hotel in schöner bergischer Lage.

Die Lage war wunderschön eingebettet zwischen den Bergen. Es ist preisgünstig . das Angebot zum Abendessen ist etwas wenig . Frühstück ist okay.

das Hotel ist für Ski - Betrieb ausgelegt und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße und mit offenem Balkon hört man den Schall jedes Fahrzeug extrem in das Zimmer. Schwimmbad leider schon 19.00 Uhr geschlossen.

Ein ganz ganz toller Urlaub und Hotelaufenthalt!

Frühstück, Lage,Personal und besonders der Chef waren einfach top! Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern war absolut mega! Man kann,sofern man möchte, alles zu Fuß erreichen! Sei es die Bergbahn, Banken, Cafés und Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder einfach nur unzählige Wanderwege! Alles sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen!

Es herrscht im und um den Pool herum,innen wie außen,sowie auf dem Terrassenbereich,erhöhter renovierungsbedarf! Das war nicht so toll!
