So schön hatten wir es nich nie😍

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die beiden jungen Hotelbesitzer selbst, packen vorbildlich mit an und begrüßten Gäste täglich zum Abendessen am Tisch. Sehr zuvorkommend und auf das, Wohl des Gastes bedacht. Frühstück ist der Hammer und reichhaltig. Ausstattung ist in allen Bereichen sehr komfortabel und mit viel Holzdeko wirkt jeder Bereich modern nahbar und authentisch zum Urlaubsgebiet und zur Hotelführung. Auf Barrieren zu Behinderungen wird auf Nachfrage und Möglichkeiten prombt reagiert, so kam es dass wir statt einer Dusch Stuhl Aufhängung aufgrund des Gewichtes einen stehenden Duschstuhl direkt aufs Zimmer bekamen. Die Relax Bereiche sind wirklich schön, das Ambiente sehr angenehm. Saunabereich, Poolbereiche laden zum verweilen ein. 4 Gänge Menü am Abend sehr gute Auswahl am Salatbüffet. Mit einer automatisierten Fotobox kann man sich selbst mit sehr geilem Hintergrund eine Erinnerung schaffen. Hier wird nicht gekleckert. Hut ab. Obgleich das Haus sehr viele Gäste beherbergen kann und stets gut ausgebucht ist, schafft die Gesamtheit an Möglichkeiten im und ausser Haus, dass das komplette Gebäude ruhig wirkte und abend stets ein Plätzchen frei war um nochbzu spielen oder sich im Verlauf des Tages mit den Indoor Angeboten auszuruhen. Wir waren sehr gerne im Hotel Sonnschein, denn der Name wird auch bei schlechter Wetterlage seiner Aufgabe gerecht. Gerne wieder! 👍🏻💪🏻🇦🇹

Mit viel Jammern, aber auch mit dem Hintergrundwissen, dass die junge Geschäftsführung stets Teilbereiche modernisiert könnte man anmerken, dass das Zusatzangebot Dart, Billard und Kicker etwas abgestellt und vergessen wirkt. Allerdings muss man anmerken, dass man es wirklich im Moment als Zuckerle betrachten muss und nicht als die Hauptsache des Hotel Charakters, welcher ungetrübt als sehr Gastfreundlich zu beschreiben ist.

Beautiful Alpine setting

The room was very spacious and had a sitting area. The Alpine ambiance was wonderful and the hotel was definitely a 4* accommodation. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with local attractions. We had great lighting in our room, which gave it a warm and vibrant feeling They had life music the night we were there. Breakfast was good, except the eggs were a little runny, which I run into occasionally. It may be a traditional, cultural thing.

Bis auf diesen Vorfall, war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. In manchen Zimmern waren Toilette und die Dusche verstopft. Was wirklich gar nicht ging, dass zwei Männer einfach ins Zimmer reingegangen ohne irgendetwas zu sagen, ohne zu erklären was sie vorhaben, sind einfach an die Schränken drangegangen. Es ist Frechheit.

Hotel hat eine gute Lage für Ausflüge. Pool und Garten sehr gut

großes Zimmer mit Balkon ( ist aber in die Jahre gekommen), gute Zimmerreinigung, schöner Garten mit Pool, schöne Sauna und Schwimmhalle, Parkplatz vorhanden

sehr laut im Restaurant, wenig Personal, sind bemüht , aber unorganisiert, Frühstück wenig Abwechslung, am Kaffeeautomaten immer voll, Tischdecke wird selten gewechselt, langes Warten beim Abendbrot auf die Getränke

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich war schön groß und abwechslungsreich.

Der Service vom Personal war unserer Meinung nach nicht 4-Sterne würdig. Einige der Barkellner wirkten nicht fokussiert auf Ihren Job. Das Hotel legt unserer Meinung nach, zu viel Verantwortung in den Gast. Beispiel, Kontrolle der abendlichen Rechnung und der Gästekarte für die Region. Hier haben wir uns von einem 4-Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.

In einem 4 Sterne Hotel, auch bei voller Auslastung empfinde ich es als Frechheit zum Frühstück an einen Katzentisch direkt neben der Eingangstür gesetzt zu werden. Es war nicht einmal eingedeckt, so dass ich mir die normalen Utensilien zusammensuchen musste. Die aufgebackenen Brötchen, ein Killer für das Zahnfleisch, sowie das krümelig gekochte Ei haben mich dann veranlasst woanders zu frühstücken.

Rezeption war sehr freundlich bei der Ankunft Badebereich war das Beste im Hotel. Sehr schön, dass Wasser sauber und sehr warm.

Das Essen war von der Auswahl , der Präsentation und dem Geschmack her, auf sehr tiefem Niveau. Habe 2 Kg abgenommen und das obwohl wir am Geburtstag meines Mannes noch aus den Hotel geflüchtet sind, um wieder mal etwas anständiges essen zu können.

Super hotel met uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Alles was perfect. Hotel met ruime kamers, sfeervol ingericht. Faciliteiten ruimschoots aanwezig, zoals zwembaden, binnen en buiten en een groot wellnes. Heerlijk gegeten en supergastvrij personeel.

De wifi op de kamer is matig.

Heerlijk verblijf en super vriendelijk personeel w.o hoteleigenares, wat een lieve en aardige dame.

Prima personeel, heerlijk eten, elke dag kiezen uit 3 hoofdmenu's. Geweldige sauna's, dat was allemaal net nieuw, echt heerlijk. Super gevarieerd en uitgebreid ontbijt! Mooie grote kamer, alleen jammer dat we via booking.com konden kiezen voor bad of inloopdouche en dat dit bij het hotel niet bekend is/was. We hadden een bad met douchen in bad en kregen de keuze voor een andere kamer , dat was prima, echter was dit op de begane grond en zonder uitzicht dus de eerste kamer gehouden. Misschien handig om dit via booking.com aan te laten passen om verwarring te voorkomen. Handig zou zijn een antislipmatje in het bad te leggen omdat de stap hoog is en het bad erg glad, We hebben zelf een handdoekje in het bad gelegd. Kamer was erg ruim met een zitje erbij, helemaal top. En apart toilet, ook erg fijn.

Ein sehr schöner und großzügiger Wellnessbereich, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Abendessen aus einer Auswahl von 3 Hauptspeißen mit Salatbuffet, Suppe und Nachspeise. Saftbar zum Selbstpressen frischer Obstsäfte zum Frühstück.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr großzügig bemessen, die Ausstattung jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für uns dennoch OK. Leider wurde der Großteil der Saunen - zu der Jahreszeit - erst ab 16h in Betrieb genommen (eine einzelne Sauna sowie Solarium standen ständig zur Verfügung). Die allgemeinen Öffnungszeiten für Sauna und Pool empfanden wir als zu kurz bemessen (Überschneitung mit den Essenszeiten am Abend).

Ankommen, entspannen, wohlfühlen

Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Herzhaft, süß, frisch alles da !!! Es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit selber Obst - und Gemüsesäfte frisch zuzubereiten. Abends gab es ein großes Salatbuffet, eine Vorsuppe und das ausgewählte Hauptgericht und als krönenden Abschluss ein köstliches Dessert. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren super freundlich und aufmerksam, es wurden Extrawünsche erfüllt. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Herzblut gearbeitet wird !!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!!

Es gab eine wunderschöne Leseecke mit vielen Büchern, aber leider keine „Herz-Schmerz-Urlaubslektüre“……:-) Evtl etwas auffüllen …. Ganz kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag …. Sonst war wirklich alles super !!!!!

A really enjoyable holiday, great accommodation, very welcoming and friendly.

Food was really good and well presented. We had a choice of three main courses each night and always a beautiful soup. Room was very spacious, with a lovely view of the snow covered mountains. Immaculately cleaned each day. The Spa facilities were perfect to use after a day skiing(pool, sauna and steam room). The bar had a really good atmosphere and the staff Andrea and Manu provided an excellent friendly service. The spacious ski/boot room was ideal to store our gear on an evening.

We can honestly say that there is nothing to dislike about the Sonnschein. It is a really good family run hotel.

Large rooms with comfortable beds and good sized bathroom. Friendly staff and very good wellness facilities. The breakfast and half board was great value. Easy to park.

The ski resort by the hotel is very small, however I had planned to drive to other resorts so not a problem. The hotel provided a bus to the local resort.
