We had a very nice and spacious room with a balcony and beautiful view of the Krimml waterfall. We appreciate very good breakfast and dinner. The waterfall is just a short drive away.

Location and the view makes this hotel worth the visit. Ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails just across the road - fantastic! Rooms are renovated, bathrooms unfortunately without enough surface to put your personal toiletries. Breakfast is good, but they are not keeping up the pace with the refill.

I would expect employees to be kinder (more engaging). Bright exception was the lady at the reception.

It's almost difficult to think of something I didn't like, but although we communicated only in english on here on booking, the staff all spoke only German. My partner is German, so that was fine for him, but it made me feel a little bit left out in all of the communication, because my German is not very good. Because I also rang and spoke to one of the staff members on the phone, and because when I was paying for extras at the end of the stay, the man spoke in english, I can confirm that the staff there do speak German, when they want to ;)

Expected more for this price

The location is nice

The couple that runs the hotel behaves unprofessional and stressed. While we were in the process of checking in, they answered the phone. So we had to wait and were looking at 2 persons at the phone. Also they were yelling at their kids during our conversation and later with guests nearby. They were unfriendly. We didn’t feel welcome at all. The waiter in the restaurant and especially the lady that checked us out were nice and friendly. There were way too many flies in the restaurant and on the food at the breakfast buffet. We expected more for this price.

........... Sehr bemühtes Personal, Preis Leistung spitze, sehr sauber gepflegt,.........auch die Küche und das Frühstück lassent keine Wünsche offen (auch ein vegetarisches Gericht) . Tolles Ambiente, man fühlt sich als Gast gut aufgehoben und man wird wertgeschätzt

le service était parfait de l'accueil et chaleureux les conseils et l'ensemble du personnel était au petit soin nous avons en plus bénéficié d'une invitation gratuite pour la visite des Chutes de KRIMML je félicite particulièrement la personne de l'accueil avec sons sens de l'hospitalité

Igazi vendéglátás csodaszép helyen, egyszerűen tökéletes!!!

MINDEN!!! Szép környezet a magas hegyek közt, alig 100 méterre a sífelvonótól. Kedves és segítőkész személyzet, kíváló szakács, finom ételek. A lakosztály tágas rengeteg pakolóhellyel, szekrénnyel, 4 fős család, de akár 2 pár is kényelmesen elfér benne. A hotel nagyon ízlésesen berendezett, ötletes kombináció, modern, de mégis családi hagyományokat őrző. Nagy parkolója van, a hegy lábánál található a Krimml-vízesés. Kedves és nagyon hasznos gesztus volt a szállásadótól a névre szóló Sommercard, amivel nagyon sok turisztikai szolgáltatást (pl. múzeumok, fürdők, természeti csodák, fizetős utak, parkolás) ingyen tudtunk igénybe venni. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, biztos, hogy visszatérünk!!!

Ruhige Lage. Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Zimmer sehr sauber und gross, gute Matratzen. Balkon mit Bergblick. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Keine Minibar/ Kühlschrank im Zimmer, auch keine Gläser. Keine Auflagen auf den Balkonmöbeln, dadurch eher ungemütlich. 1 Flasche Wasser zum mitnehmen aufs Zimmer kostet 6 Euro.
