Mönch Apartment - Aare Jungfrau AG

The apartment is very clean and has everything that we might need: microwave, oven, toaster, … every kind of dishes: small, big, …

Apartment is spacious (kitchen, living room and bathroom), lot of options in kitchen, electric cooktop, hob, cutlery’s, plates, glasses, motorised window blinds, tv. Residential peaceful area, close to bus stop. Apartment can accommodate upto 6adults.

Single bathroom for 3 bedroom felt insufficient, room lighting was very dull, wardrobe is very inefficient (not much storage space, very less number of rack that too only at top, pedestal fans occupy majority of space), no cleaning of rooms or bathroom (couldn’t find any option to request cleaning), too many extra restrictions on their condition page kept in living room. Day when we reached there was no shower gel or handwashing had to request over email to get it on next day morning after we left for roaming, we have to fill if consumables finish (supply was decent enough for our duration of stay), older dirty towels were present in main towel shelf. Buses are sparse (half an hour to 1 hr when they operate, you may have to walk 1km to/from train station), no grocery store near by (one at train station closes by 7pm).

Love the location. Love that it also has a view of the snow-capped mountains. Spacious apartment. The train station is around 15mins walk (we have a grandma and 2 small kids, can easily be done in 10mins faster walk), and this train goes to Inerlaken Ost and to main stations covered in Jungfrau Travel Pass (e.g. Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, etc). Bus station to Interlaken West is also about 2 mins walk. Overall, we loved the stay and we highly recommend this place.

Only one bathroom so have to manage ourselves as we’re a group of 6 adults, 2 kids. Also, would have been good to have more supplies of toilet paper rolls :)

הכל היה יפה מאוד והמיקום היה מושלם. . הנציגה שהתכתבה איתי נתנה לי מענה בנוגע למיקום קרוב לפיקניק וBBQ. בנוסף סייעה לי במציאת חנות מכולת

גביית תשלום נוסף לחניה בעיירה (לא עיר עם מצוקת חניה) הגענו בשני רכבים לדירה שיכולה להכיל 2 משפחות. אפשר לוותר על תשלום נוסף לחניה פנויה . 10 פרנק לילה לשלוש לילות פינה בחצר לברביקיו יכולה להיות תוספת נהדרת.
