Location was very good. Unit was functional. Easy to find and access with lock box key pickup. We have been to Lucca before so this made it much easier for us. Reasonable value for our money.

Adorable spot in good location w/in the walls of the city.

Perfect central location within the city walls. Instructions were clear to enter. It was a good size and there’s a shared patio and then a door in the 2nd bedroom to a small private balcony which I loved. It’s quiet. Well equipped, comfortable beds.

The trash in the bathroom smelled like an ashtray but I didn’t say anything. I’m sure they would have rectified if I had. Limited outlets for charging but otherwise perfect little spot and good for couples too.

The property was in a great location and very comfortable to relax in when I wasn’t sightseeing.

Of course, an elevator would be nice, but I certainly understand why there’s not one. It was something that I expected so it did not give me a negative opinion of the place.

Location was perfect in centre of old town. Easy to walk to most places. The little outside areas were a lovely place to sit and relax. Great facilities, everything you need.

The stairs to the first floor were very steep so not so good for people who do not walk so well.

Perfect Lucca self catering large apartment

The staff are lovely ie friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, pasta etc The terrace was quiet and overlooked roof tops and quaint buildings. The air con was wonderful. The bed was comfy. Location is central. We liked it all!

Location is good, however if you are coming by car - you should know where to park far before you arrive the city. Bathroom is big and quite comfortable.

Mosquitoes. Mosquitoes! Mosquitoes!!! Is it so hard to install mosquitoes nets?! Basically, we were not sleeping at all because of mosquitoes. Also, the noise on the street during the night up until the 4AM. But maybe it's not a regular thing

lots to like, but all outside the actual bedroom.

location was perfect. shared lounge, shared well equipped kitchen and perfect balcony was an unexpected delight. the cleaner who let us in was very helpful despite neither of us speaking each others language. decent wifi and aircon.

2 floors of steep stairs to climb. narrow little beds, the narrowest I've slept in since childhood, no kettle in room as I'd expected. beer fridge did not work and nobody to report it to. cluttered, poorly furnished junky looking bedroom, which was hard to move around and nigh on impossible to look out of the window because of the sofa bed position. curtains would not easily pull so we kept them shut. clean but a little unkempt I'd say. instructions for entering and leaving were in Italian and I had to translate them myself via an app. (the shared areas were unbelievably lovely and somewhat made up for the cluttered bedroom).

The central location is the best thing about the property. Right outside the door you are in the middle of everything! The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The tiny kitchen in a cupboard was a bit of a surprise but fun once we got used to it. The apartment was packed with character in the decoration and authentic Italian style. Altogether delightful 😀

Not exactly what I was expecting

Absolutely great location for touring the old city. The room itself was very clean and had access to a shared balcony (and while we were there, there were no occupants of the other room so it was private for us). Check in was very easy and we had access to a kitchen and living area that were large and very clean. They had a small fridge with snacks that you could purchase and just leave money for them at the end of your stay which was very convenient.

It was not obvious to me when we booked this that it was actually a room off of a central living area/kitchen and there were several other rooms adjoining that same space. Fortunately, we were the only ones there as that would have been awkward for me since it was basically a bedroom of a larger apartment. The room itself was small and difficult to find space for our stuff.

Great location in the old city! Close to public parking. Kitchen in the cupboard.

The apartment was not like in the photos! There was a very bad smell (pee) in the toilet. I complained but no one answered me. You can hear everything from neighbors and the street. The curtains are not dark enough - there is light in the main room early in the morning. In this room there is a sofa bed which was very not comfortable. The other beds were not comfortable as well. You can smell cooking from the downstairs bakery.

Superb

A well decorated 2 bedroom antiqe space, in the center of old town but near the city entry, we parked the car in a near parking lot out of ztl area and walk few minutes with our bags.. Location is perfect, there are so many beautiful and good restaurents and shops- just around the corner. The host was very nice and awailable for any question we had. Our apartment had a small balcony and another one shared with other apartment, we did not really use it since october evening are a bit chilli but it is nice and queit to seat there.
