The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy to. An overall good stay.

A second real pillow for each bed would have been great. One pillow was not enough.

Excellent hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of everything and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was lovely, spotless, and very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a perfect stay. The price was excellent for such a fantastic location and quality. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Friendly staff. Great location. Not far from the station or town centre. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Air conditioning. Fridge in room. Nice continental breakfast.

Location was good except there was no private parking. You have to go outside Lucca where it costs anything up to 10 euros a night. The room was ok but there were huge cobwebs on the ceiling. The lady on reception was very nice.

Location in relation to the train station, access to to wall and close to a nice bike shop, amici bicci, to make renting a bike easy.

The keys and doors were a little challeng, with a little figuring them out they did the job.

great base to see Lucca

a great location, less than ten minutes walk from the train station but inside the walls. Lucca is very small so you can easily walk around the whole town from this location. I was on the first floor and didn't find any street noise. staff were very helpful.

Really disappointed. Not what it appears on the page.

The location was the best thing.

Very tired. Rusty heating pipes. Doors scratched and in need of painting. Shower dirty. Bed frames were wooden slats I could have made in my garden shed. Rough and badly painted. Photos available to show the poor quality. It was poor and when we pointed this out to the management they shrugged and were not in the least concerned. Would I stay again? Not as long as the sun is shining.

Easy reach for everything within the walled city and the railway station

Good location just inside the walls and an 8min walk to the station.

Breakfast is not available until 8am and if you check out before 7:30 make sure you settle your bill the evening before as there is nobody on reception to take payment.

Loved the soft comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing place with a lot of character. Everyone was helpful and obliging.

The room was easily accessible thanks to a lift; it was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was great. A good selection of cereal, cakes, pastries, cold meats and cheese. Coffee was good too. It really improved our overall experience.
