Lovely hotel with helpful staff

Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and clean. breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. We didn't know Lier but the location was good and we walked around the town and found a nice bar for a meal near the old church.

Only very minor point was the road outside was being dug up so we had to park down the road, but the receptionist was very helpful in explaining where to go.

Pleasant stay in Lier - location was excellent for the town centre.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms was clean & comfortable, although no air conditioning, so a fan would have been appreciated. Bathroom was enormous! Secure underground parking - bit tight to get in but we managed with a large estate car, so OK for most. Location is excellent.

Room was decorated in black - a bit, well, dark! Only one small bottle of water provided, no tea/coffee facilities.

Grt value hotel. Central location. Motorbike friendly.

Central location in Lier just off main square. Motorbike friendly. Secure underground car park at no charge. Easy check in. Big room and big clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Air con . We were at back of hotel which was quiet but met australian family who stayed above main street which they said was noisy so ask for quiet room! Good breakfast. Grt value hotel!

Nothing really. One minor thing was it was a massive bathroom but the toilet was very close to the wall which was tricky for me to sit on as I am tall!!

The room was very good and the breakfast excellent. The staff were very attentive at breakfast and one of the staff went out of her way to make a doctor's appointment at short notice for my wife. That was really appreciated.

Great place, but very noisy

The location is perfect, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The underground parking is very secure. The rooms are really nice with plenty of room.

The walls are very thin and we had some guests next to us or above us that we are extremely loud, which kept us awake .

- superb location neat the central square - very good breakfast - nice staff

- parking is extra paid - quite small room with no central heating (only AC), so in Dec in was very cold at night - no kettle to make tea in the room and no fridge - quite small room

Hotel in very quite area

Location

There was a strange smell in the corridor near our room. No fridge, no kettle or coffee in room. Wasn't informed i had to pre book parking so had to park in multi car park.

A perfect hotel for a stay in charming Lier

To be honest, Hotel Florent was the only one available when we booked. Still, we are quite sure we booked the best place to stay in Lier. In the city centre, with nice comfortable rooms, very friendly staff that helped us to leave our luggage there even after normal opening hours, and a great breakfast.

Going into the small details, one small water bottle in the room for two persons was not a lot, in particular given the hot water (we got an extra bottle on the second day though) and a fridge in the room instead of the one in the hallway would have been nice.
