Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and clean. breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. We didn't know Lier but the location was good and we walked around the town and found a nice bar for a meal near the old church.
Only very minor point was the road outside was being dug up so we had to park down the road, but the receptionist was very helpful in explaining where to go.

Nice family-run boutique hotel in a very convenient location close to the main square. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast.

- superb location neat the central square
- very good breakfast
- nice staff
- parking is extra paid
- quite small room with no central heating (only AC), so in Dec in was very cold at night
- no kettle to make tea in the room and no fridge
- quite small room
