Friendly staff and very good nights sleep.

Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Bar and restaurant looked appealing. Huge playground at the back of the restaurant for smaller guests. Easy parking. Very comfy beds!

Bicycle storage inaddequate especially in winter. Rooms on the smaller side. Stairs very steep.

Comfortable, good value stay, marred by noisy doors during the night

Pleasant and comfortable with good food

Ground floor room - very noisy on the corridor all night, with people accessing storerooms. Breakfast buffet was one end of the Hotel with seating at the other end which didn’t make sense.

Amazing Hotel

The hotel was exactly what we needed!! We had arrived in Rotterdam & were on our way to Bruges & needed a stop off point. This hotel did not disappoint!! Clean, tidy & and well-appointed, the hotel staff spoke perfect English and were so accommodating & helpful. The restaurant has an amazing menu, and we both had steak, which was devine. The hotel has an outside terrace with firepits in the tables!! Ask the staff to light them for you !! Thank you so much for making our first night's stay in Belgium so wonderful ❤️

The bed was comfortable, clean, shower was good. In a good location.

The room was pretty small, the entry door opened against the bed. Seems to be set up more for the restaurant side. Breakfast staff were a bit cold and didn't smile. Breakfast was set away from where you eat it so had to wander back and forth with food. Breakfast average.

Great hotel in a great location with great staff.

Staff were super helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was a good start to the day.

The weather was very warm and we could have done with air conditioning - obviously, this wouldn't normally be the case so it was just one of those things.

Good location. Charming set up Easy check-in and check-out It was all clean and tidy in the room. Large car parking

The room was on a noisy service corridor I wanted to pay the drinks by visa but the barmaid did everything with the machine to say "bank card terminal doesn't accept your card" which actually works perfectly everywhere. So I had to bring cash in.
