the room was quiet and very clean. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful and considering as soon as they knew I was here for my brothers dead and funeral. The location is excellent just a short walk to Lier city. The breakfast is very tasteful with lots of healthy choices.

Easy to findand the breakfast.

The room was very warm and there were many alive flies in the toilet bowl which gave a sensation of getting a room that was just not clean enough.

Comfortable hotel

Large rooms with a comfortable bed. Looks and feels freshly renovated/built. You can either park the car in front of the hotel (limited to ca. 10 cars) or behind the hotel on the street.

The check in is via a terminal - self service. I have now stayed at the hotel 3 times and I still need to fill in all my details when I check in.

Brilliant base to stay in Lier. Super comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming staff.

The breakfast was hot, plentiful and tasty. Great coffee, beautifully clean and comfortable eating area. The beds are just super comfy. The showers hot and powerful.

The room.

* The breakfast area was too small. * During checkin, according to my bank the hotel tried to get more money from my card than the price of the room, resulting in my card temporarily being blocked and i had to go to a bank at 15 minutes walk to get (with my card) cash money to be able to pay for my room.

Glass door in the bathroom! Usually we avoid such hotels, but somehow missed it this time. Will not stay here again, it’s a shame because everything else was good.

a great family visit

each time we come to Belgium we stay in this hotel , the location is excellent , all the staff are great very friendly and helpful the room was very clean and the beds very comfy. Because we stayed for 2 weeks we were allowed to use the fridge we really appreciate that . We are looking forward to our next stay

Most notably the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, good location (10 minute walk through the park to the town square) and one of the more comfortable beds I have slept in. Nice to have free on-site parking.

Lovely veriety of juice for breakfast, many different types of meat for you breakfast sandwish and great selection of bread, but only one kind of cheese. If you like black tea for breakfast - there is only one black tea that is plain lipton yellolable. Over all nice, fresh and clean

The bathroom door is made of clear glas, no privacy there. The same door can be used for the shower, but still no privacy.

Clean, friendly staff and value for money

The staff were exceptional, welcominng and explained all the details about the hotel in English, they provided a map and information about what was on over the time we visited. It was a 7 to 8 minute walk into town, where there were plenty of dinner options. The room was clean and breakfast had some healthy options. Good value for money with easy parking.
