Nice option pre-flight home.

The hotel is just outside the entrance to the airport terminal - super convenient. The room was very spacious with an amazingly comfortable bed and nice linens. It also has a Nespresso machine in the room which is great for early morning coffee.

The service in the restaurant was a bit inattentive and could be better.

The location is two steps away from departure at the airport and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is very outdated (especially in comparison to other Sheratons, and the food is expensive and low quality)

Stairway to heaven 😉

The room and view and low vibration energy it projects

No snack bar ... no more water jars for water(you did 2yrs ago). the water system provided doesn't produce COLD or CHILLED water it's room temperature at best.

Very convenient to the airport departure check-in.

The hotel is about 100 meters from the airport departure check-in, so very convenient. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was a good size. Beds were comfortable.

The TV didn't work very well. The screen would turn off ever so often, then come on again a minute or so later. A few times the TV just turned itself off so we had to unplug the TV, wait a while, then plug it in again.

Excellent Attention to Detail and Outstanding Service! We stayed at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel with our two dogs before catching an early morning flight. While the structure may be in need of some minor refurbishment, the level of service and attention to detail we received was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all expectations. We contacted the hotel in advance to notify them of our four-legged friends, and upon our arrival, the preparation of the room was amazing. A special thank you goes to Bianca. Her capacity for understanding our needs and preparing everything impeccably made our stay incredibly smooth and comfortable. Thank you once again, Bianca, for your professionalism, your attention, and for taking care of us and our two little ones! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets.

Bed was creaky and a bit uncomfortable (perhaps old), check-in process was a bit long considering I paid in advance, the hotel was quite noisy during my stay.

Parking was terrible... to find... and then the access to Sheraton parking space was not possible??! The hotel is outdated and old. Lots of damages inside hotel / hotel rooms due to much use. Previous visitors smoked in the hotel room; terrible behavior.

This was right across from the terminal so very convenient for our morning flight. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. There was even conditioner in the bathroom which is a rarity when traveling!

It was exactly what we needed, so did the job.

It was walking distance from the Airport which was what we needed as we had a early flight. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly great.

The room was tired, needs a quick reno. Paint needs to be redone, caulking in the bathroom needs refreshing. Light switches were old missing paint.

Convenient location, but the overall experience didn’t match the Sheraton standard

I really liked that the hotel was right across from the airport super convenient! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay better.

What I didn’t like was that, while Sheraton is usually known for luxury and modern design, this hotel felt quite outdated. Due to restaurant renovations, dining was moved to another area, but unfortunately, that space lacked style and atmosphere. All in all, the location was ideal for a quick stopover, but considering the outdated facilities, the price felt too high for what you get.

Proximity to the airport. Comfy bed & pillows.

Old hotel. Broken furniture: the desk's fake leather was peeling, no electrical socket by the bed, lack of lighting, no hand-held shower head, rough toilet paper, no extra pillows. At over 200 Euros a night, I expected more.

A samll and welcoming hotel. Great location at the historical distric of Trenchin. Simple room that are very comfortable. The place is clean and tidy with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. A nice breakfast in a glass-roofed terrace with a nice view of the town. A few minutes walk from the town castle and most restaurants.

The room and carpet was dark and outdated, not worth the expensive rates they charge. The location is very convenient or I would never pay that amount. The restaurant does not have Gluten free options.
