Perfect Airport Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an early 8 am flight out of the airport. The airport offers a shuttle that starts at 6 pm. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I did not eat or drink within the hotel. I spent the day in the center of Brussels as a proper tourist.

Short stay and the hotel filled the expectations.

My flight got cancelled and I had to book a hotel quickly, overall experience was good but I arrived late and left early so not much time at the hotel. But service was overall fine.

Not much to complain about - they had some renovations in the lobby and the bar was closed when we arrived just over midnight. But no harm done.

Breakfast in the morning when extremely busy due to a cancelled flight led to not a lot of selection available. When quiet the breakfast was good. But we did not like cold scrambled eggs.

A pleasant place to stay with reliable airport shuttle

The staff was so friendly, the airport shuttle was a big bus with lots of room that was on time both times we took it, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was great!

The standard hotel bed and armchairs were not the most comfortable but also not terrible; the food at the hotel restaurant was way overpriced

Perfectly clean room and bathroom, great restaurant with lots of meat dishes and cocktail options, super friendly reception – thanks to Vincent who offered us a welcoming hot wine! Ice makers on each floor add a luxury hotel vibe and comfort. A snack corner with self-service payment was very handy.

The mattresses were great, but the pillows were a bit thin and uncomfortable for the neck.

Rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is close to airport.

We asked for couple of more coffees and sugars but never received them either that night or in the morning. Car park should be free for people staying at the hotel.

Comfortable Airport Hotel with sorely lacking food service

Excellent service and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Very comfortable beds. Top floors have (3rd +4th floor) soaking tubs AND a separate shower in the bathroom. Easy on the eyes customizable room lighting. Easy to use thermostat that keeps the room very comfortable in winter.

Food Service needs a thorough overhaul. I paid for an included breakfast and dinner plan. Both had significant issues that were a major drawback to staying at an airport hotel where good food options are essential. First the "included dinner" choices were not listed on a menu and we're not known by the waiter. In any case the food in the included dinner was below average and only included 2 courses (no desert). The carrot soup was extremely bland and tasteless and my pasta dish was just ok. At breakfast, the ham had "gone off" and the jar of pecans that were available to add to cereal/granola were so stale that I had to spit them out in a napkin!!

Comfortable and convenient stay near the airport

Excellent service - attentive and welcoming. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Airport shuttle was convenient and straightforward. Hotel was very clean. Sauna was a wonderful bonus. Gym was small, but had everything I needed for a good workout.

Highly recommended if you are on a work trip at the airport!

Everything was clean and comfortable. On top of this, the staff were some of the friendliest people I had the pleasure to converse with, as they were friendly and really helpful, even if certain requests might have not been the standard! The shuttle service to and from the airport was always on time and made the commute to the office as smooth as it could have been.

Area is currently going through some renovations, road works etc, so walking outside in the area was not the best experience. Still the hotel is of course not at fault here.

Pre-arrival communication needs improvement

No responses were received from the hotel prior to our stay. We emailed on 3 separate occasions, the first a week in advance, requesting shuttle service information. No response. After waiting for an hour at the shuttle pickup point, a local citizen graciously called the hotel to find out that the"weekend shuttle schedule" began on Fridays.

Clean , had everything we needed

Shuttle from airport only runs until 23:00. The way to get from the city center to the hotel is through airport. We spoke with the front desk before leaving to the city and no one informed us about the shuttle. We were sitting and waiting for a shuttle.

Good stay near airport

Great location near airport with free shuttle (although on the website it said that shuttle only operated during peak season which confused us initially.) We got a great price of 229euros as there was a convention on, I might have rethought if price was higher.

We were charged an extra 50euros as security - considering there was no mini bar, I have no idea what this was for. The reception staff couldn't explain.

We paid €15 for a taxi from the airport to hotel as we read on booking that the shuttle bus only runs may to September, however the bus is still running and we were able to get it in the morning

The courtesy shuttle bus was great as well as having a restaurant on site.

We were told the shuttle bus departed every half hour. On the morning that we were flying out we went down to reception at 5.18am and the shuttle bus was driving away empty so we then had to get a taxi. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and used the shuttle bus to get to the train station each day which was very convenient only had that one problem.

Room and bathroom decor is outdated. Food at the restaurant took a long time and the quality wasn’t good.
