Very nice place to stay but make sure you are ready for some walk :)

a. Staff were very nice b. Rooms are very spacious and they fulfilled our request to have side-by-side rooms. c. Not very crowded hotel which is vey nice. It can be very overwhelming if it is packed, specially at breakfast

a. it is accessible, but the walk to and from the train station is brutal on cold/snowy weather. Bus is not possible for us as it is not going directly in the city center b. Please do not misunderstood the review, the food is good. However: 1. We are expecting a Belgium-specialty foods, it is not there. 2. Regular food is also mediocre, hotdogs/sausage are dry, no Sunnyside-up eggs, always scrambled eggs, some condiments are missing. 3. My daughter specifically wants Nutella which was available on the first day but was gone in the remaining days of stay. She ask for it but the staff said it is finished.

It was freezing in the room!! And I couldn't work out the heating. So I was very cold, but it was comfortable enough with a nice shower.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Bxl.

We liked the hotel, the room was excellent, specially with the small kitchen. Beds where very good, room was with a nice view, and it was a Suite which we liked. Special thanks to Marina who was very helpful at the reception. Excellent staff, very friendly.

I could not enjoy the parking, but I did not book it, so it was not that bad.

It was perfect hotel for our family! We had accommodation with 2 rooms 👌 It was very clean and comfortable 👍 Workers at the reception were very friendly and polite 😍 We were also satisfied with the delicious breakfast 👍 In the room we had everything for cooking and coffee drinking 👌

We had a great stay :)

Quiet industrial area Good breakfast Parking available, though not meant for big cars. Toyota Yaris had no problem navigating in there. Nice rooms. Pretty much like a small apartment. Including ironing set, dishwasher, cooking facility, water boiler, coffee machine. Plenty of wifi or sockets to plug in electronics.

It was quite an annoying ride from the city centre to the hotel. Especially the lack of road signs to the hotel. Google maps also messed up the parallel roads, that seems to be there for no reason at all. Having two lanes next to eachother would simplify it. But thats nothing the hotel can do anything about.

Nice bright modern room with small balcony. Nice addition of a kitchenette in the room. Also good lobby area with business area where I was able to work. Staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel was comfy and stay was nice. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a family room and everything was available. Breakfast was included and it was sumptuous.

Perfectly family hotel/apartment near Brussel!

Just perfect for long and short stay near Brussel or Zaventem airport. Our family pretty much enjoy our stay there. You got all facilities for apartment but still in hotel.

Have stayed here twice as close to work. Rooms are lovely, spacious, well equipped kitchen and bathroom and very comfortable beds. Good restaurant and good breakfast selection. Ideal if you need to be near the airport or environs, less so for central Brussels.

Exceeded my expectations:

Excellent Hotel,comfortable, good selection of food in the Restaurant and a great selection for Breakfast.The staff were friendly and helpful..It is about 6/8 minutes by Taxi to the airport. Will definitely be booking this Hotel again.

Great stay - I would not hesitate to return to this hotel in future trips to Brussels.

Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette, spacious room, good quality and varied breakfast. I have stayed in this hotel on a couple of different occasions, and will return if there is availability. It is close to the airport and there are bus services to the airport (bus stop just by the hotel entrance) and to the city centre (bus stop about 10 mins away).

If a receptionist sees a customer at the counter, she should attend to the customer, not wait to finish a conversation with her co-worker, and let the customer wait there for a while. The beds could be more comfortable.The rest was fine
