Some improvements are needed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The New Year’s Eve event was also good. Bastien at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

I consider it very negative that a five-star hotel does not have a smart TV, allowing guests to access Netflix or connect their mobile phone. Additionally, the internet connection was unstable. The swimming pool had very few sunbeds, which were constantly occupied.

Wifi was periodically switching off (many times during the evening) and required to log in multiple times. GROSS inconvenience for no apparent reason.

Spacious rooms

Cold building almost dystopian. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever lay on; I actually checked if it was missing a mattress. Food standard abysmal; I have never until now or since ordered food in.

A modern comfortable hotel, chosen for being out of town. Everything one wants from an hotel.

Tangla Hotel was chosen being out of the busy Brussels centre. The Metro station is Alma on line 1 about 20 minutes from the Central Station and city centre. Interchange stations connect with attractions. The Eurostar station (Midi) requires one change. It’s next to a modern university, no shops but limited food and bar by the Metro station, which is about 10 minutes walk. Large car park The staff were professional, the housekeepers particularly helpful. Wide-ranging breakfast and dinner menu (see website). There’s a fitness centre but I wouldn’t describe the pool as heated on my visit. Excellent bar. The room was comfortable. The hotel was a relaxing place to stay. Good catering in restaurant and room service.

The hotel was excellent. The hotel was clean and modern. The swimming pool was really lovely. The Chinese restaurant was excellent.

The swimming pool was closed for 24hrs which was a shame as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Lovely modern hotel with great facilities

Excellent facilities, clean, modern with friendly staff. Great gym and pool areas with one if the biggest hotel pools I've ever seen. Rooms were well equipped and very modern.

It's in a bit of an isolated location, neither in the city or near the airport. There is a metro station near by and it only takes 20 minutes to get to the centre of Brussels though.

Ok for a quick stay.

The hotel is very elegant and the staff were lovely and helpful. I arrived late and check in was quick and easy. The room was large and spacious. Its out of town, but close to the office I was visiting so ok for me. It is close to the metro station, so you can get into town in about 25 mins.

The bed was so hard, was extremely uncomfortable, though the pillows were lovely and soft. Breakfast was odd, I get that it is an Asian inspired hotel, but Dim sum for breakfast was just strange for me. There was an egg station that was closed, and we waited 10 minutes for some scrambled eggs that more closely resembled a thick soup. Fruit, juice, pastries, donuts and cold cuts they had a good selection.

Very nice and elegant hotel, rooms are Spacious and luxurious. Across the street from the wedding venue I was going to.

It is very far from the train station. 10 min+ walk with a suitcase and a toddler is not ideal.

Adequate but not exceptional

Decor was unusual. Rooms quiet

Limited food on menu. Room needed some repairs (door and safe). Limited hanging space (only 4 hangers) and only 1 towel hook in shower room. Quilt was thick/heavy for summer use (thinner alternative required). Breakfast was cold on early start.

just a small thing but they decided to clean the carpet in the bar on Sunday afternoon which was very noisy. because the weather was bad we were having a drink with our friends in the afternoon before dinner

The breakfast was over priced and not great. The dinner menu wasn’t great either selection or price. Bottles of wine over priced. I think for a hotel away from the Center it should have a menu that you would like to stay at the hotel and relax but it was too pricey and limited we ate two nights elsewhere

It was a pure desaster.

The shower door could not be closed, nor could the shower devices be adjusted. The balcony aka "Feng Shui-Style-Terrace" was a dirty place without furniture and cigarette butts from prior visitors in a died-out flower basket. To completely ruin this romantic getaway plan there as a group of approx. 100 people in their 20s doing a car race. Fair enough, but they turned the hotel restaurant, wellness area and breakfast brunch into something between a youth hostel and a frat party. I highly recommend Amigo Hotel if you want 5star service in Brussels.

Pleasant stay at an excellent place

We liked everything about this hotel. The staffs were really kind, the food (breakfast) was great, very comfortable and sophisticated rooms, the pool, the gym and the sauna were maintained really clean. Wonderful experience.

Parking was €50 for 2 nights. A beer was €12. Room service was €8 each time. Food quality was poor.

The spa was only accessible via the bar, so you have to walk through a busy bar in your dressing gown. The restaurants were very over priced for the quality. Drinks were very expensive.
