NEVER AGAIN

Location. Its literally over the Montgomery metro station.

Everything. Its old, dirty, bed was short, super uncomfortable. There is bathtub not a shower. Simple things like turning lights - you need to go dowstairs to turn on/off light etc. Avoid this hotel at all cost. They have not sent me code to a door - if I would arrive after their "phone helpdesk" operation time - I have no idea how I would enter the building (there is no reception desk).

Good enough for a short stay.

The location was good. The kitchen was sufficiently equipated for a couple of days.

It was noisy, we could hear the underground at night. The infomation about the city tax fees was none on the arrival day and on the last day they blocked us the access to the building without any notice. It was 11am and my parents are 79 and 86. It was not very nice. Why were we not told on the first day? They "cleaned" the room on the last day. It was a shavy cleaning.

The place is and lication

The property is nice and great; however, I had an issue with the air conditioning, which was leaking and caused water to accumulate all over the room. I had to use towels to soak up the water, and it was very stressful for me. I informed the staff about the issue, but no one came to address it, and I have not received any phone calls. Everything else was good, but this situation was quite frustrating.

I got a recently renovated apartment on the ground floor and everything was brand new. Great bathroom, good appliances.

Since there’s no reception, communication is through a phone operator, so you have to wait to have your requests/ questions answered. It’s a pity: I wanted to extend my stay bur since it took them some hours to react, I had to find accommodations elsewhere. Maybe next time!

Won‘t be staying here again

Great location (albeit noisy)

Interior very worn and shabby Paid 50€ for early check-in (11am) but the key box was empty (after 3 times confirming the day before), took us half an hour to chase someone via the hotline to give us correct code for different box , and missed the appointment that we had arranged early check-in for. Lift was out of order on for half the building, so had to carry suit cases and kids up and down 2 flights of fire escape stairs every time (there was no prior info on this either!)

Spacious accommodation. I travelled alone, but the room is comfortable for even 3 persons.

There is no sink for hand washing in the wc (only on the bedroom bathroom)

Great location and service! Super clean and efficient check in and out process. Very flexible for adding an extra night although quite expensive.

Decent and well maintained.

It was ok, a spacious studio apartment. It was easy to find, easy to check-in, and quite nice overall. Location is great, close to the centre, many vendors around to grab a bite.

Pillows were not our cup of coffee, but for a one-night stay it was just fine.

A second chance

Location is great, bus, metro, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Comfortable bed.

1.No WiFi in living room although advertised " WiFi in all areas" and I had to lie in bed to access; 2. Having asked for a quiet room was given room above garage door so more noise; 3. Stayed 8 nights but sheets and towels only changed once; public holiday during week but fresh towels could have been left in advance. Nowhere to dry towels. 4. Our apartment bore no resemblance to advertised photos. 5. No cupboard in kitchen to store provisions and kitchen again bore no resemblance to the photos; 6. Soft furnishings had stains which could easily have been removed; 7.TV in bedroom not working. 8. Had stayed in hotel before and not had a great experience but gave the hotel a second chance as family and friends live here and we visit regularly.

Service desk can be better

I loved the microwave and tea and fridge. The room was comfortable.

In booking.com there were reviews that mention how annoying it was to have no service desk. For me I thought it wouldnt be a problem, until I got there and seen I was only allowed to phone from 8 to 20:00 on a week day. I was there in the weekend and desperately wanted to join for breakfast, but sorry for me, not an option to phone and ask and no information in the room. That was most frustrating. I ended up going to another hotel for breakfast. The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor quite alot. I dont know why.

Disappointing

The location is very good.

The nice picture shown of the flat did not match at all with what I got. The room was on the ground floor, very dark and somewhat claustrophobic. There was no kitchenette, but only a cupboard with a kettle, a microwave and a really tiny kind of fridge. That was it. The furniture was shabby and worn, a bit depressing. In the bathroom there are no hooks or shelves, you need to put your stuff on the floor.

bad stay

the location was great

we were in the ground floor, street view, it was very noisy, every single door opened or people who are talking wake you up. there’s no reception, they forgot the voucher for the breakfast ( in the Léopold coffee near the property) and when we call the customer service, they said no breakfast during the weekend???? the room was clean but old ( lights, climatisation doesn’t work, the shower had a water leak…) bad stay… maybe it is better in the upper room but if you have the ground floor good luck.
