Very good situation for where we needed to be. Checking in was straightforward

The location was good. The kitchen was sufficiently equipated for a couple of days.
It was noisy, we could hear the underground at night.
The infomation about the city tax fees was none on the arrival day and on the last day they blocked us the access to the building without any notice. It was 11am and my parents are 79 and 86. It was not very nice.
Why were we not told on the first day?
They "cleaned" the room on the last day. It was a shavy cleaning.
